I received a package Regaine for women

I received a package Regaine for women, 2 bottles for 4 months. NO instructions in Dutch which is illegal, because this is a medicine that could potentially be dangerous. It was only in German!! AND this product must not be used by people over 65. This warning was nowhere mentioned on the package or in the German booklet. I am far over 65. The firm refuses to take the package back because I had used som of it. Only afterwards I foud out I must not use it. BAD.

Do not order pls. Shitty customer service. Once you ordered, you may not cancel it even within 30 mins. Shitty DHL delivery as well.

This website is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!

This website is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!. I returned my order—paying extra for the return—only to be told, after a month of waiting, that I needed to provide proof. They have no proper system for tracking returned packages, making it easy for them to scam customers who don’t meticulously track their return receipts. Compared to other sites, which handle returns efficiently, this was a nightmare. I’ll never order from them again and strongly advise others to avoid them as well!

PLS DONT BUY…The worst customer experience I have ever had

The worst customer experience I have ever had. I got a faulty product, I bought a FOAM product and the dispenser is broken and liquid is coming out. So I requested a return label to send the product back and get the refund / new product. They made me send a video, which I did, and they said I was lying and the product was empty not defective. I ASKED FOR A RETUTN LABEL so how can they accuse me of lying If I want to return product so they can see its FULL and DEFECTIVE? They stopped answering , PLS SAVE YOURSELF A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND REFRAIN FROM BUYING IN THIS TERRIBLE SITE. I am not even sure their products are original or just diluted -who knows what - product
