I’ve been using it for almost a year now, friends , family, and even I am surprised. It’s simply the most effective mix of ingredients.

I had tried minoxidil before, which works, but combining it with topical finasteride changed everything. You need fewer mg’s than tablets, and PubMed already shows plenty of research backing it up. The other supporting ingredients are also scientifically proven, and here they’re all combined in one perfect formula, no need to take anything separately.

Results showed after 3–4 months, and by month 5–6 my hair volume was back, even “baby hairs” grew into full strands. Now I’m on a lighter formula (Essen-G) just for maintenance, and my hair keeps improving.

I've been a customer for a while now, ever since I had my hair transplant. Until recently everything went smoothly, especially because they offered free samples before I was a full paying customer, but recently something happened. I ordered three units of their product, and only one arrived. After investigation it turned out that someone stole part of my package; so the fault of the carrier, NOT the company in question. They investigated and offered to reship two units at their own expense to make things right. I was already a fan before that, but because of that situation I would gladly recommend this company to everyone who's still on the fence!

I’ve been using Dualgen-10 Plus for two months now. I can already see some improvement—the thinning area is starting to fill in. It’s still early to call it a miracle, but I’m optimistic that with more time, the results will continue to get better.

No irritation, easy to apply, and so far, no downsides. What also stood out to me is the company itself—they’ve been very prompt in replying to my emails, delivery was smooth, and they stayed in touch throughout the process.

If you’re patient and consistent, this might be worth a shot. I’ll update again if things keep improving.

I ordered three bottles of 15% DualGen and a dermaroller from the minoxidil.max website while I was staying in Malaysia for a month as a tourist. They shipped the package promptly, but unfortunately, the Malaysian customs blocked the delivery due to new laws introduced in mid-2024 that prohibit the import of cosmetic products.

I contacted the minoxidil.max support team, and they advised me to respond to customs and request that the package not be returned to the U.S., as that would be very costly. Instead, they suggested I allow the package to be disposed of locally. I followed their advice.

Later, I traveled to Korea (also as a tourist), and the minoxidil.max team reached out to me themselves, asking if they could resend the products to a Korean address. I provided a new address, and they remained in constant communication throughout the process. Since Korea requires a tax number to receive such shipments, I went to the Seoul customs office and obtained one. Finally, I received my package!

I’ve been using their products for over three months now and I’m already seeing results. The dermaroller included in the package was of excellent quality — much better than what you typically find on marketplaces.

Overall, I highly recommend ordering from minoxidil.max. Their customer service is outstanding, and the products are both effective and high quality.

Its my 4th order in 6 years, always delivery on time but i just pay for FEDEX, no risk and no hassle. I do order for 2 years of use so its worth it. I do confirm the products do their work, i use essengen, when i ran out and was unable to order for 5 months i got hair shock and started losing hair a lot.

The whole John Smith thing is weird, and the adress too but what can i say. I little privacy is OK for me as long as the products arrive.

Great customer service and my order has always shipped on time. The quality of the product is very high as one might expect

I ordered my product on May 5th and have not received it 39 days later! I keep telling the customer support that the product is lost and to reship my order, but now they stopped answering my emails. They keep telling me there are updates to the tracking, but I confirmed with my local shipping company that the product has not been received by them. And now they stopped answering me, which is very frustrating. I cannot speak for the US, but if you live in Europe, I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Edit on 14.07 - a couple of days after the first review the company did re-ship the product and I picked up the product today at the post office.

I've been waiting for my order for 2 years now! There is no product and they haven't returned the money. I strongly recommend avoiding ordering here.

Hi .I have used twice and it was not bad but there is few problems : postage cost is ridiculous , shipping time is absolutely insane ( 1 month to Europe ) , again ridiculously expensive in comparison with well known tretinoin brands . The quality is good but I cant
say it's outstanding . I know minoxidil max may reply and say postage cost is best of what we can do or the price is best we can offer but NO . There is cheaper option and could be much better . Stay safe everyone's

Ordered essengen f with pg free solvent and extra bottle from them on Jan 4 and it was my first ever order from them, got response within one business day and got my product within two weeks with their most basic shipping. Very happy with the product and was skeptical at first since the bitcoin thing but they are offering half off right now and highly recommend, professional customer service and products. Amazing!

Just a follow up on my previous review. It seems that there was a complete mix up and the company did sort asap and I did get my order within a week when it all got sorted so you have to give then the benefit of the doubt as there was a whole overall of website etc and for that reason I am changing my rating!

I placed Order #239550 on November 12, 2024 and have not received it, despite it being marked as "complete" on my account. I've reached out several times and had no response, and any avenue to contact them via the website does not complete.

Terrible, terrible customer service and company.

I take back what I said which of course was only my interpretation of what appeared to be happening re: the Minoxidil Max website. They have contacted me and explained the situation. A completely new website is on the way January 10 the and they admit it has taken way to long to get up and running.

I do like their Dualgen 15 product. I use it and so does my son.

I have used them before, I have no issues with quality or anything like that as of yet, but my credit card info was stolen (twice) directly after using their site. I tried to inform them of this, but was assured that it was secure. I know it was their site, because the second time, it was the only place I used that new credit card info other than recurring bill payments that have been going on for years. I recently viewed the site and it seems they are redoing the transaction system, which is great, because I will never use a credit card with them again. I have no problem using Bitcoin (for a discount), e-transfer, or maybe a prepaid card, but I cannot trust them with my card info again.

Luckily, I opened a fraud investigation and my money was returned to me by the bank, but it's still a pain in the ass. I had to wait for $2000 to get returned over the course of a month. I do not believe they had anything to do with the theft, it was either someone who hacked into their backend or a rogue employee stealing details. They were professional and quick to fill orders otherwise. They offer some unique formulations.

Minoxidil Max: I'm a long term customer. Satisfied. Never had a problem ordering and receiving products. Today I went to their site and there's a notice that their web site is under reconstruction. And the site also says that they've lost the records of customers who signed up before Dec. 20, 2024. Further, it says that until they get their credit card system up and running, they can only accept Bitcoin (Say What?!) And even if you put a product in your cart, you cannot buy anything because if you try to put your account information into their pay portal, the screen reverts back to where you started

Accordingly, they appear to have been hacked. Clearly, they need to open a new site with adequate information about the situation. Bitcoin? Idiotic! On a lighter note, the site suggests that setting up a bitcoin account, while time consuming, will benefit your finances ultimately. Don't believe it.

So let me start.
I started getting Hairloss, so I checked out what to do about it, i found out there is finasterid. I figured out if you take it in a form of a pill, you get crazy side effects, as many of you may know. So i found the topic form of it, the one you apply on your scalp. I live in Germany so i went to the doctors and got it, it was around 100€ (expensive), Name: Fynzur 18ml it contains 2.275mg/ml. I used it and bäm! it worked the hairloss stopped completely after just 2-3 weeks. but also i got side effects, very slightly but there were some.
So this bottle of Fynzur lasted like 2 months its 18 ml you spray like 3 times on the parts of your scalp where you have the hairloss, you can spray like 180 times (one tap uses 0.1 ml)
alright then i found MinoxidilMax i thought: "Man here i can buy that stuff 60ml!!! for like 70€???, that will last AGES" the product information said it has like 2,5 mg/ml like the same as the Fynzur one or even more, it was the variation that has Monixidil and Finasterid in it.
alright i got it delivered, it said i used it, the slight side effects went away and i said to myself "ah nice man this one even has no side effects" BUT my hairloss slowly started to come back, i said to myself:" damn did i got scammed?, maybe its because they mix minioxidil and finasterid together, maybe the finasterid is not working that way. I SHOULD ORDER THE ONE WITH ONLY FINASTERID IN IT" so i did, and no surprise it did not work (this one had allegedly even more finasterid on it than the last one), by that time i have stopped the real stuff(Fynzur) for 3-4 months so i had the same hairloss as before, i got scammed twice by MinoxidilMax(shame on me), i got Fynzur again like 2 weeks ago, use it and my hairloss stopped.

so there is NO finasterid(or not enough) in their products and they SCAM you.
it probably WOULD work if you would use a REAL product, so dont get scammed, get some good stuff and keep your hair boys.

I’ve been using Essengen-6 Extra (PG Free. Because I have an allergies to alcohol. This product never had an allergy reaction. I got positive results 3 months later. Great product.

I've been using their products for more than 10 years, and I can tell you that they're the best out there. Every minoxidil product is like Rogaine on steroids.
If you suffer from hair loss, do yourself a favor and buy at least one of their products.
