Not recive my order ..I order Thermal Fleece Denim Jenkins 3 pair pay $62.90 I think its a scam company.

I received the jeggings. Followed their sizing chart. I can’t wear them because they are 1/2 the size they said are supposed to be.

I also ordered a magnifier and because it was not packed with care, it arrived in a mangled box and broken! I can’t call and they are not responding to the form on their website. I tried to submit a email but it was returned stating the email did not exist!

Would never recommend this company!

Terrible quality! Jeggings with the stitching printed on the fabric instead of actual stitching. Very thin fabric supposed to be warm thermal lined pants. It’s clearly a scam and they won’t refund money for poor quality. Stay away!

My money was withdrawn for purchase same day and it’s been a month now with no confirmation of purchase and of course no product. I messengered company for inquiry and response was hope you enjoy you purchase once received and it took 3 weeks to get that reply. I’m so frustrated!! Never Again.

I ordered the lines jeans in large. These won’t fit a ten year old. Cheap material and not fleece lined. They have so many rules of returns that no one will ever get any money back. Biggest scam yet. Stay far away from them😤😩😫

I received my order from mint-and-berry.com and I am satisfied. They reply fast on e-mails and they are trustworthy.

Inexistent customer service. I would give it ZERO stars if I could.

Where do I start? First of all, if you live in the UK and do not have a house number then forget about ordering with them as their system won't let you.

I've placed my order on the 26/11/17. Immediately after placing my order I contacted their customer service to let them know I had to place the number "1" as part of my house's name as it was the only way to make sure the order could go through and to see if it could be ammended their side after they received it. Their team replied saying they couldn't do anything about it and (I quote) "We hope that the order will still reach you." Fair enough.

My order never made it to me because of the slight error on the home address (which I've alerted them immediately after ordering). After 8 days of waiting I emailed them again to see if there's a way we could resolve this, but ever since they have NEVER REPLIED.

So far I've tried contacting this company via:
- Customer service email (2 times).
- Facebook messaging (2 times).
- Facebook post comments (3 times).
- Twitter (1 time).
- Instagram (2 times).

And NO ONE has bothered to reply. The next step will be to make a phone call and hope they actually do their job.

At this point I'm so fed up of chasing this company that I do not wish to resolve the issue. I just want my money back.
