I bought a dress. It cost £39. Totally different to the pic on their website. Material and shape awful Wish I had read these reviews. After several emails, I was offered a 20% refund which I refused. They then offered me a 50% refund which I have never received. They now dont reply to my emails. Do not buy from them.

Issue a refund as still waiting 4 months plus. Everything about this company is wrong - they ship from China, quality of goods is terrible. If you ask for a refund they first offer 10% refund and then 30%. If you try to send it back it will cost you £20 plus!! If I could give them no stars I would!
Please don't waste your money.

My experience is just like all the others: bad quality, rubbish refund policy. I am now being ignored having been promised a small refund which has never arrived.
How can the company get away with this?
There must be some way of getting at them?

For anyone looking to purchase from this company…AVOID AT ALL COST! Wish I’d read these reviews first! Experienced the same as others on here. Clothes totally substandard and not as described. Was offered % for refund and when I finally agreed on a higher %, it never arrived and I’ve been chasing ever since. It’s been 3 months! Im not giving up!!

The 2 dresses I ordered were very poor quality, unlined and completely shapeless. I paid their sale price which was totally overpriced for the products they sent. With their brand name including London, I was fooled into thinking this is where they were based but they are in China. A very long and painful process to return the goods, customs price (a total to me of £30) and they still have not refunded my any money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Based in Asia, sending out poor quality orders or items which are nothing like what’s advertised. Watch out for others - Olympus London and some Halara sites

Absolute scam ! Don’t give up trying to get your money back - contact your bank and they should help you - I received the full amount back and it’s an easy process - I still have the item and advised Mint London to arrange to collect it as it was their mistake sending the wrong one 😄

As others have said. The products are nothing like as described. Sizes all wrong, inferior products - just awful. Laura offers a refund which never arrives - you will just loose your money. Do not buy from this company - they should be shut down.

There should be a ZERO star rating on here, one star is being generous!
As with the other customers, the Temu style items arrived, shocking fabrics, fit etc and I am stuck with them! Even the company dissuades you from returning the goods, siting high importation fees and guilt tripping you with ‘carbon footprint’ concerns!
Their offer of a % of a refund, increments that increase determined on how persistent you are, are a new one on me. Of course, these are stalling tactics and they hope you will get bored and go away, for sure.
£65 lost, 3 months down the line and I feel foolish for even having tried to engage with such a dishonest outlet.

ZERO STARS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR LOSE YOUR MONEY
Clothes are cheap tat, not as described.
Return is made near impossible so that they don't have to refund.
Returned in July, "stuck in customs" now being sent back to me due to "insufficient paperwork" despite using the paperwork they provided.
they should be shut down or sued.

After a number of pop ups I was persuaded to Order a dress which looked rather nice for the price. It took 8 weeks to arrive. The quality was shocking and size was wrong. Tried to get refund and received a reply from someone called Laura suggesting that I took 10% disc/ as "it was too difficult and costy to return". As I insisted on a refund, she offered 20% and told me to keep the dress (as if it was a good deal). The quality is so low that i cant even give it as a present to anyone. There is no label, the sewing is faulty. It is honestly shocking! Since then I never received any adds on my FB feed and I am still waiting for the refund. AVOID IT!

Never received my items, told them I wanted a refund and suddenly cannot access the website anymore and they've stopped responding to my emails.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought anything. Nothing like the photos and problems with returning and refunds. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor quality goods and they ignore emails once you’ve agreed to a pitiful refund to avoid expense and hassle of returning goods to China. How are these companies allowed to trade in the UK!

They are a complete fraud.
Ordered a dress which looked stunning, took weeks to arrive and when it did it was unwearable!
Returns and refunds are a no no. They offer you 20% off next order and ask you keep the unwearable dress??! Why would I want to and why would o order again?
After much wrangling they agree to give you 50% but they don’t.
I have now been waiting 2 months for the refund they assured me would only take a few days.

This company send out substandard clothes that in no way resemble the pictures. Then when you want to return for a refund you have to post to China, tracked, at huge expense making it not worthwhile. They then offer 10% refund and keep the goods, then 20%, 30%, etc, culminating in 70%. When you then decide to cut your losses and accept the 70% the refund never arrives.

This is a scam company!! avoid at all costs!!
The clothes are cheap and shabby and not at all like the glossy images on instagram. Their refund system is a joke, I bought two tops from them in July and requested a refund, they offered me a discount if I kept the items. First it was 10% then 20% and then 30% but I insisted I wanted a full refund. I’m still waiting for the refund!! Like others have said I wish I had looked at their awful reviews before buying.

Order took a long time to arrive and did not fit, it was enormous! The returns process is laborious and finally agreed a partial refund which still has not been paid after 6 weeks, they are no longer replying to emails either - I would avoid at all costs.

DO NOT order from this company it’s nothing to do with London!! Ordered a couple of dresses and tops pictures looked lovely!! When arrived it was cheap rags that didn’t fit! Went to return but they said it would cost too much so will i accept partial refund, still waiting 4 months on!! Wish i had read the reviews before ordering AVOID!!

stop scamming people. You buy from them and then you cant send back as they say costs to much, and will not refund. This company is disgusting and should not be advertising. I am still trying to get a full refund with no joy. Keep away from them.

Totally agree with everyone else, total sham of a company, goods despatched from Asia so they don’t want you to return anything they offer you discounts to keep the goods but never send the refunds . I’m out of pocket to the tune of £100 and not likely to see any of it again, you have no chance of getting any money back as they just ignore any e-mails.
Please avoid this company at all costs.
