I really like their calculators so you can see how adjusting your %s effects your take home wage. Also love the retirement calculator so you see if you are putting aside enough. Very helpful staff when it came to making the changes too. Yet to use the shopping benefits but sound good too. Some of my colleagues have used them.

With it being the first time our Company has looked at moving to a Salary Sacrifice Scheme, we didn't know what to expect, but the whole Team at Mintago have made it seamless, thanks again for all of your help.

From reaching out to going live with the Mintago platform, every member of the team has been great! The onboarding team were great at answering the many questions we had, through to the payroll team assisting with pensions and our account manager helping with the day to day. A great organisation and definitely worth the sign up!

She was available for a call which went through the procedure to check and then followed up to make sure all had gone thought the payroll correctly.

It's really helpful to have somebody with experience that can trust you and help you out.

We've only recently joined Mintago at work. I'm on track to be ~£350 a year better off and that's just from savings on groceries. I've still to look into the child care benefits and need to make use of the free call with a financial adviser. It's opened up a treasure trove of savings.

The team have also been really helpful in answering all of our questions. Really great service!

Great explanation

The thought pensions had been steadily growing in my mind over the past few years. However, thought of digging through years of paper work to find the various bits and pieces from numerous Employers over many many years (and then having to contact them) filled me with dread - not to mention then having to figure out if that would be enough or not? Mintago's Pension hunt took that worry away, by adding some basic details I just had to sit and wait and a few weeks later all the pieces are in one place and using the pension calculator I have a good idea where I'm at (and it's much better than I thought)

I recently joined a new business as financial controller and one of my jobs is to manage our employees pensions on Mintago. Sharon and her team reached out proactively to organise a meeting to get me up to speed and provided lots of useful and insightful knowledge not only on the platform but also on common pitfalls with the pensions regulator and payroll etc.

Sharon has been particularly helpful highlighting particular pension salary sacrifice tax rules to me and helping me make right an error that became apparent. I very much appreciate her proactive help and it's also taught me a lot about a subject I knew little about.

The Mintago platform itself is also very intuitive and useful to use. This plus the excellent customer service - I would recommend.
