Lovely products.
Good communication and delivery.

If I had read the previous reviews I would have never purchased the several ‘luxury’ leather items from this brand.
I contacted customer services to explain how one of the items, a genuine leather iPhone case, which I had only a couple of months had been coming off the shell and was no longer useable, this had solely been from the friction of taking my phon in/out of my pocket. Alike previous comment, the team had no interest and explained I should have maintained the leather suggesting it required treatment alike leather shoes which is utter nonsense.
I have cheap cases from Amazon last far longer than a £70.00 case merely months old.
I would not recommend this brand nor would I purchase from them again.
I also was disappointed how big the font of their logo ‘MINTAPPLE’ is on items, took away from my custom initials situated directly next to it.

I wish I’d read the reviews on here before buying a MintApple iPhone case for a Christmas gift. Sadly the quality of the product is poor. I emailed the customer services team to share with them the fact that we were disappointed by how the leather was wearing after such a short period of use (6 weeks). They aren’t interested. I received a stock email which looked like it had been cut and pasted (each paragraph a different colour and font size).

Their response was ‘Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace your iPhone case. Your case is showing signs of neglect and a lack of care resulting in the dark, stained appearance which is non recoverable.’

The phone case had been used for 6 weeks!

Please don’t waste your money.

Very attractive quality products, nice packaging and presentation. I have purchased four iPhone cases, they all look good and protect the phone well. The colours are true to the website.

The delivery was two days later than expected otherwise I would have scored five stars!

Ordering item was fine, I waited for the colour teal to come back in stock on an air pod pro case. Unfortunately the lid of case is too loose and falls off, case is fine but not workable I’m afraid with a loose top, so will be getting touch, if possible, and returning it. I need to know if this is a one off faulty case or is this particular batch simply too big. Very nice case otherwise.
Updated, trying to find customer service phone number or e mail is hopeless, this is a faulty item, in my view, so have to contact them with order number and pictures. Where are the contact details!?.

I don’t know how Mintapple has got rave reviews from some of the biggest magazines. Very misleading. They must have paid for them because what I received was very bad quality and the customer service was awful. After I waited for weeks for my order nothing came. So, I emailed customer service and they emailed back saying their machine broke down and they apologised. If I didn’t reach out, I wouldn’t have known what was going on. They did offer to refund me, but I wanted the AirPods case as it was a birthday present for my sister eventhough her birthday had now past. So, the delay made it a belated birthday present. I thought it would be worth the wait as I got it personalised and they had leather in her favourite colour. I trusted the rave reviews from the mags. so, I was even more disappointed when it finally arrived. Her initials weren’t monogrammed in gold properly, the Mintapple logo at the back was already fading and the stitching was loose with huge gaps in between. The case already looked used and old. I paid a premium price and received poor craftsmanship and they refused to return it claiming everything was stitched by hand, which I thought was a rubbish excuse for really bad quality.
Sorry, forgot to mention this is from 2024, but people need to know they won’t receive the premium product they paid for and they should expect rude customer service. I have kept the email thread with them, which includes the pictures I sent them.

I preorder two monogrammed AirPod cases in nov and the website said preorder and would be available from 1st Dec.
I didn’t hear anything the first week of December so I contacted them and they told me that there has been a delay and that I would definitely receive them in time for Christmas.
After multiple email exchanges and excuses from the company, the items did not arrive with the last reason being that they have been lost by Royal Mail. Really disappointing and unhelpful especially at Christmas time. Best to avoid

The product is amazing. I bought a silicon IPhone Air case. Apple has not produced them for the IPhone Air. However, this product more than makes up for it.

I have just received my new phone case. Beautifully designed, constructed and presented. Fits perfectly and price fair for what is clearly a premium product.

Materials are first rate and there is an excellent range of colours and finishes.

MagSafe compatible too. Very pleased.

I take back my previous review, the case did appear beautifully constructed, but….

Only three weeks later the leather has started peeling off from inside the corners. I emailed Mintapple to question this and was advised they were not concerned as only minor.

So glad to know that they are not concerned, and that my case will continue to function as a phone case, but no mention of the poor workmanship-technique that has led to my 70 quid phone case breaking up after 3 weeks use.

*I thought it only fair to update my review. I had concerns as my iPhone case had shown almost immediate signs of wear, and customer services didn’t seem interested.

A few months later, and to be fair, it hasn’t worsened, in fact the case looks good. Contrary to what a lot of people have said, my case has not lost colour, and has not worn further. All in all, is a beautifully crafted case. Would now rate 3-4/5.*

Awful customer service. Product is unreliable despite being nice looking. Two year warranty on leather Apple Watch bands is a con - Mintapple will swirl their way out of honouring their warranty and their staff refuse to specify what is covered under the warranty.

I have had many watch straps and bands for my Apple watch and I have to say that I am so pleased with my recent purchase of the perfect fit premium silicone strap, I’d say that they are gorgeous and beautifully packaged, I bought two straps and now I would like one in every colour, definitely my favourite straps so far, I highly recommend Mint Apple and these straps as you will not be disappointed.

Great website and great case! Very premium looking and feel. Probably the best looking case I have owned. I’ve received a number of compliments on both the phone case and mag safe card holder.

Really fantastic service and excellent quality products.

Absolute garbage quality. Essentially what every other bad review on here says. Excited when it arrived as it looked great. Very quickly after normal use the leather peels away to reveal cheap plastic case, the seals basically disintegrate and you’re left with some £70 ugly case falling apart. Customer service of the company is absolutely pathetic they won’t respond. Haven’t had it for more than 1 year so just stay away.

Terrible quality for an expensive phone case.

Shame as I was so pleased when it arrived, it looked great and was beautifully packaged.

I’ve been waiting for a response to a quality complaint email for 3 weeks and have chased weekly and still not had a reply. I have tried the contact us form, two email address, Instagram and Facebook.

They claim to be a luxurious and premium brand but the product quality is really poor and deteriorated after 1 month. I expected the product to be much longer lasting due to the price. You are better off buying a cheap watch strap off amazon.

Would not recommend. Extremely poor brand all round.

If I could give a minus rating it would be better. Although I did get a response, I was told my inquiry for a refund or exchange was too late, being at 32 days which was above their 28 day policy. This was over the Christmas and New Year period too.

Like other users there has been no reply to the contact form on the company’s website. I was bought an expensive personalised phone case by my partner of which my phone has begun slipping out of. It started in the bottom left corner and now it’s the whole left side of the case. The case was meant to be a snug fit for an IPhone 15 Pro. We did manage to find an email address it’s info@ and then mintapple.co.uk (this page won’t allow email addresses) but they told us the fault was part of their design (yes you read that correctly!) and they’re not prepared to do anything to help.
