5 stars isn't enough. I'm blown away by the level of service provided by Mintbox.
The flexibility, communication, professionalism and courtesy is unlike anything I've experienced and during what was a very stressful house move, they really went above and beyond.
You will not find a more trustworthy and dedicated team in any arena.

Had a wonderful experience with David and Ciaran. They arrived bang on time and worked very quickly and carefully, without a single complaint about me being top floor flat without a lift! They were very reasonable and even helped with blankets as I had a hire van from Ireland. Couldn’t fault them, would recommend to all.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Everyone was super helpful and they did a great job at packing everything up safely and securely for us ahead of time. Really punctual on the day and went above and beyond working late on our moving day as we encountered an issue with being able to move all our stuff in at the advised time.

We used Mintbox for our recent move and only have good things to say. The guys turned up early and got stuck into the boxes and furniture. They had no problems with a large sofa and quickly dismantled a bed.

They were patient when our entry time was delayed and again emptied the van as quickly as they filled it.

Both Sam and Kerr were polite throughout and easy to chat to.

I would highly recommend using them again in the future.

Emily and David run an amazing company with a fantastic team. From the first meeting to our moving day everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much. The guys are top class.

Mintbox have just moved us in to our new home and we couldn’t be happier. They were such a lovely bunch of guys all happy, helpful and friendly. Extremely professional and efficient, kind and courteous and made our move seem less. They put us and our dog at ease and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. Would 100% recommend their services and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Best removal company ever. Nothing was too much for them, always had a smile on their faces, polite, extra helpful, lovely bunch of boys and their boss, David. They came the day before and packed everything meticulously and labelled the boxes per rooms and then left them in the new property the next day in the right rooms. We couldn’t have moved without them.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mint Box Removals. They were fast, efficient, polite and helpful. They took apart our beds and rebuilt them, nothing was too much trouble. We moved from an upper flat and my downstairs neighbour asked if they were wearing slippers, she didn’t hear a thing!

Worst company I have ever used. Walked out of the job. We had gone to deliver boxes to the new house, got a text message to say they were leaving the property saying due to the state of the property. When we got back to the house they had left the house unsecure as no one there to lock up.

We were moving that day, had to arrange to higher vans over 2 days to move ourselves.

Paid small deposit which they kept as they left us the boxes and the stuff they had packed.

Tried to call and text them, did not receive a response.

Would not recommend this company to anyone if my life depended on it

Fantastic removal company. They were very efficient, managed to do the move in one day instead of two, were really friendly and helpful and generally made something that could have been stressful actually feel like fun! Very different to previous removal companies I have had who grumbled throughout the move - these guys genuinely seemed to be enjoying themselves and their positive energy rubbed off. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience with Mintbox for my recent move. All my belongings were packed and transported with the greatest of care despite the fact I had the team taking everything down, and then up, several flights of stairs at each end. They took all of the stress out of the move, and were kind enough to allow me to hang on to the transrobes for an extra couple of days until my new wardrobe arrived, and also came back to collect empty boxes. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

We engaged Mintbox removals for our house move. They viewed the house via video link and provided a quote which we accepted. We encouraged them to come round and see the property ahead of moving day so they could let us know what to expect and so they could see it all in advance but they declined.

On packing day, they arrived on time and right away stated it was a much bigger job than they had thought. It is a husband and wife, (David and Emily) run company with David leading the move. He brought 4 young lads with him to do the packing. They started packing and were quick and efficient. Emily came round to speak to her husband, looked round and leaved without speaking to us mid morning. 30 minutes later a revised quote arrived in our inbox with no comment or cover email, for almost double the original quote!

We raised it with David who admitted they had got it wrong and would lose money if they continued the job. We said that they had every opportunity to come round and see everything before quoting, also pointing out that the next quote we got wasn’t significantly higher than theirs. He advised if we wouldn’t meet the higher quote they would have to leave the job rather than loose money. We tried to negotiate but he was having none of it. He decided that the relationship had broken down despite us remaining very calm and reasonable It was a very immature and unprofessional response, we couldn’t believe it! He called his team to stop where they were, half packed, the day before we were due to move. Clothes were even emptied out of hanging crates on to beds before they walked out.

They left us in a very difficult and stressful position. We had paid them a deposit which they retained for the packing done. We then had a matter of hours to arrange an alternative company or we would have been unable to move as planned.

We could not possibly recommend others using Mintbox removals. It was an utterly disappointing and extremely stressful experience.

I can't recommend MintBox Removals enough. They were extremely accommodating and helpful, taking care in all things and understanding about my two nervous cats as well. When in doubt they asked me my preferences and were friendly and relaxed - just whant you need during the stress of a move. Both packing and removals they were organised, swift and the care they took was A++. The service was well coordinated by David, so packing and moving blended seamlessly and were as easy as they possibly can be. They also dealt with a last-minute challenge without blinking an eye and went well Above and Beyond. First Class service in every way.

You don't get better than this.
Clean van arrives early (after phoning us to agree this is okay. Everything stored safely and quickly). Dave checked with us every time there was a potential question. The unloading was just as efficient. Polite, quick and efficient - oh and by the way, cheaper than both other companies we asked for estimates. Thanks Mintbox. We definitely recommend you.

Don't think twice, go with Mintbox!

Prompt replies to all queries, flexible to availability as my move date changed a few times, turned up when they said they would and nothing was a problem at all. David and Mitch were lovely guys; smiley, friendly and took great care with everything, I couldn't have asked for more!

Mint box removals were fantastic from start to finish! They were extremely professional and most importantly they were took extra care when moving everything! We have had previous bad experiences with other removal companies so we were very nervous but we didn’t need to be! They were perfect and extremely friendly! I would 100 percent recommend them and will be using them in future! Thank you!

I cannot fault these guys! From the initial contact to the end, they could not have been more helpful! Completely took the stress out of emptying our old home and moving into our new home. We also had to change the date of our move and they were so accommodating. Communication from them was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Fantastic service from initial enquiry to reassembling furniture in our new home. An absolutely delightful team who made the entire process stress free and almost enjoyable!

Would recommend the SpearMint packing service as they are so efficient and it made the process so much smoother.
