Easy to navigate, extremely helpful staff, responds very fast and is very nice. every time I've had an issue with a server/conflict the staff (Phillip, Jazmin, and Kenneth) that have assisted me always figure out the issue very fast. very kind too!

Was having an issue with the server being stuck on installing for a few days. I was busy and figured oh it'll clear up or maybe my browser is messed up. When I had some free time I messaged their AI chat assistant and it immediately connected me to Philip before I even said anything they had it. And did it on a weekend! Honestly some of the best customer support I've ever had. Definitely going to be sticking with this host.

Excellent customer service from Chris. Helped me fix a modpack problem that was blocking server startup. Props to him for being able to fix it too, because the modpack is so new!

I got a 100/10 service.
I had 0 experience with hosting modded servers before and had many issues setting it up. Gladly Philip replied in a few minutes and was really helpful and he was there helping me for 1h 30m. heres why cost 60 dollars for everything and dosnt provide more storage to get more storage you need to buy a deticated server to 250 dollars which i dont have the money too, and the ddoss security is hurendes like i got ddossed all the time and ngl it was a bad expirence probably switching host after this

I bought a server , had issues on setting a mod and Philip M from support team helpt very fast and was very friendly. I can recomment this.

Honestly this server hosting website works really well, At first i thought the dashboard was goinbg to take me some time to learn but its actually quite simple and organized. On my first launch i did have a problem where my server couldnt start properly so i reached out to staff and they helped me out utmost instantly. Thanks Keneth G. for your help : )
