Amazing customer service. They literally contact me when there is a fault with the service, sometimes before I even notice. We had a house fire and had to move house, they responded quickly to help us out and it was no hassle - unlike most other service providers.

We took the opportunity to change providers to Mint Telecom when we moved to Melbourne. On Telstra previously and we only getting 6Mbps speed on a 25Mbps connection in most cases.
The team at Mint were very helpful with troubleshooting when we struggled to change the settings on our Telstra modem to the settings provided. Emails were responded to surprisingly quickly. Most service providers these days come back to you in a day or two.
On a 100Mbps plan we have consistently received the minimum 60Mbps promised, we have even stopped checking this as reliability is guaranteed.
Changing providers was well worth the hassle. You only do this once.
