Great products and offers always! This has been one of my favorite shops to order from! You always have what I'm looking for with great prices. Packing is done well, great discounts when ordering in bulk and this time you sent a great set of stickers! Living in Turkey it's hard to find anything related to designer toys- great shipping costs, and fast arrival. Super happy with my purchase and can't wait to order again next month.

You did not pay because when you made the order your payment was flagged for fraud. We tried to contact you on the 27th via email but did not get a reply.
Therefore (as with all flagged payments without reply) the order was canceled few days later on the 1st of december and refunded to your card. Please check your mailbox or spambox for all these notifications.
I'm sorry for your bad experience, but with the whole situation in Eastern Europe, we do not take any risk with flagged credit cards.

understand you want your package, and want to blame us for not having it within the proposed 2-4 business days but we do not control the delivery part, so for a bad delivery review please go to GLS Trustpilot account and leave a thumbs down there.
I checked your tracking code it seems it's on its way to a depot near you this morning, hopefully, delivery will be done shortly.
once again the lead times of 2-4 days is set by the parcel service, in case a road is washed away, snow storms, meteor strikes, Alien invasion... we do not control any of the above and we just wait like you hope it is delivered much faster.
