Purchased an item on August 26th, took ages to arrive. When finally arrived it was not the right size so sent back for refund which I had to pay for!
Communication from customer services is very poor. They received the item, which I know from the tracking, but since then they have been ignoring my emails about when I am due the refund. I have now gone to my back to dispute.
Terrible company, they will take your money but not return

Ordered a cargo on the 17th , till today i received nothing. They are not answering my email the tracking link is invalid and they are not answer the calls.

Such a scam I bought cargos month ago and they haven’t arrived yet. I even payed extra for it to arrive faster. I wrote tons of emails to them but they don’t answer to any of it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! Custimer service is a joke! They just don’t reply. Ordered cargos on dec 2nd tracking said would be here dec 17th and still waiting! On checking tracking again a while after 17th it’s been changed back to order accepted! Sent 3 email to customer services with no reply! Don’t waste your money on these jokers!!

Purchase on Sept. 25 and pants never arrive. Wrote bunch of emails to fix the problem of either a refund or the pants and ignore every time. It seem as customer service does not exist.Disappointed considering how much they pay for products and wish read the review earlier as it seem to be ongoing problem.Suggest to dispute charge with bank asap if you happen to unfortunately or accidentally purchase their product.Pretty shameless and fraudulent company as they seem to not care while also releasing new products when they haven't fix the current issues. Never again

Customer service is absolutely non-existent. no support to resolve. ordered almost three months ago and they do not respond in any way.

They take your money, you don’t see any goods and they DO NOT respond to emails. I’ve been waiting since November for some trousers and not even a confirmation email!!!

Back in October ordered a pair of Cargo Trousers in a small for daughters 16th birthday, money was taken from mu account!
Emailed on Thursday 23rd November to enquire as to where they might be. Reply said order would be expedited on Friday 24th November.
A pair of trousers arrived, on 25th November but they were not the correct size and were is a state which was not acceptable damp, and covered in mould. Emailed them back and they were quick to respond saying that the situation was not acceptable and that they would be sending a replacement pair, and adding some free gifts due to the situation. On 7th December still not received or heard anything Emailed again, several times and have tried to contact via phone. No one answers! Have left voice mails and contacted them via their website (which does not now appear to be working!) It is now 75 days since we ordered the trousers and that Minus Two took the money form us.
Absolutely appalling service, and reading the other reviews it seems highly unlikely that we will either see the trousers, or our money again!

SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!! Don’t buy it. No order, no reply to emails, no answers, phone isn’t available. My daughter is upset because cargos was her Christmas Gift. I went to the bank and got my money back. Never ever again from you Minus Two. Shame on you scammer!!! I hope the karma will catch you and the police too.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. My son saved up and bought some incredible expensive cargos The zip broke and now they are not wearable. Contacted customer service numerous times plus sales - no one is responding and the UK phone number is permanently on call minder so left numerous messages here too.

Absolutely shocking service !! Order some cargos as a Christmas present in November i received the confirmation email with order number . I was beginning to think I haven’t received these and it’s almost 2 weeks ! I sent an email asking if these could be tracked , they have a contact number to which I tried calling and the user was unable to take call ! The responsed to tell me I had ordered from a fraud site they couldn’t find my name or order details and the price I payed wasn’t correct ! I found this hard to believe as I do my research check emails and contact number . I explained I don’t think I have and that I received email from them with confirmation , the cargos were on offer hence me purchasing them and a further 10percent discount . They have argued with me and said it’s still a. Fraud site the order number I have was placed in sept ! They have sent me a link to their website which is exactly the same as I used , delivery charge everything !! Also the contact number on the site I used is the same as their website and BOTH out of use when asking why their number to speak to an advisor isn’t working they won’t answer the question !! Absolutkey shocking but they still taken the money out my account !

Horrible service. Ordered a birthday present on Nov 1. Paid for global delivery, got the "your order has been processed" and the DHL tracking number. Over a month later the order had not actually shipped or been processed. The company said they would refund my money........still waiting AND they do not answer emails or answer their phone. I will never buy their products again.

Minus Two is stealing money I bought 2 cargos for £200 and I never got them

Shocking ! I ordered a pair of trousers and paid 104£. The trousers never turned up and after chasing them i was told the item was out of stock. I asked for money back and they told me it would be done, however 4 months down the line i am still waiting and no matter how many emails i sent nothing happen.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!

Ordered a pair of cargos more than a month ago. They never arrived. I wrote a couple of emails hoping I would get a response from the company but nothing. They responded to my first email saying they would look into my problem but from that point onwards nobody contacted me. Absolutely disappointing considering the amount of money they charge for their apparel. I would never buy anything again from this page and I hope I can get my money back since it would not help even if the pants eventually would be delivered.

over priced as hell and delivery takes months

Ordered 4 items and paid, then no confirmation email and non-existing customer service, just some kid sending random answers on Insta. Wanted to please my son after months of begging, so now I’m furious with them.

Purchased a pair 3 months ago, still havent recived them yet, i have wrote several times to them for a regund but got ignored everytime.

I ordered cargos on Aug 4 for a birthday present. They still have not arrived and noone is responding to emails. About to call bank to try and get a refund. Please do not order from this company.

I ordered two pairs of cargos. After arrival they look very good, but the quality is an issue. The adjustable elastic cords simply fell apart after not even a days use, for both pairs. Hoping that this was an issue only i had encountered or that i had received a bad batch i reached out to costumer service to attempt to amend the issue. However i received no answers no matter which of the supplied emails on their website i wrote to, in desperation i wrote to their instagram where they claim to be so active with their community and still received no answer. What started as an order with this small but still significant issue, that i could live with due to liking the pants as they are, has because of this lack of service turned into a sour experience.

Despite the elastics issue i was still happy to order again, but knowing how little they care about their costumers makes me never want to purchase a product again.
