Awful experience and service from Minuteman Press Manchester City Centre UK.
Extremely expensive, Poor management & very rude staff.
Avoid

Sorry, I would say that East Street, Bedminster, Bristol is the worst for customer service.

First, no response to my email requesting a quote.

So I called the branch and was told that I need to put my request in writing first as if she wrote the details down, she would forget!!!!!

The young lady that answered the phone was so unhelpful and abrupt, I decided to take my £500.00 worth of poster printing to another company.

Where do they get these people from, no wonder UK businesses has such a rubbish reputation.

Why are businesses like this still operating with such appalling service?

The Franchisee can obviously afford to lose £500.00 worth of business - Good for them!

COLCHESTER branch is the WORST, Didn’t print my documents completely. I had to tell to erase information I sent to him because I could see peoples informations not deleted. Asked my little boy not to walk about in the waiting area, so rude. No client privacy with the email document sharing.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I needed several documents printed, some black and white and some colour, bound as one but split into several sections and I needed 3 copies. These were important documents. The lady that greeted me and went through what I needed was lovely and professional. I picked up my documents the next day and the quality of the printing and binding is remarkable. I needed to post them and the lady and a chap offered several options to package them up, even cutting down larger packaging to fit snug for posting. They also printed me some labels at the last minute. They were so helpful and I'm so grateful for all their help. THANK YOU 🤘

Messed up my job because they thought they knew best. Very rude and unapologetic.

Having used Minutemanpress a number of times before, we were expecting the same excellent service - and we weren't disappointed! The service we receive here in Oxford is first-class; the gentlemen are courteous and attentive, our e-mails always receive a prompt reply, their prices are very good, and the final product is superb. In fact, for any printing jobs or the likes, we don't even waste time look around anymore - it's always going to be Minutemanpress, 5-star!

These are the most flexible reliable understanding team I have come across. They are friendly & welcoming & really do go above & beyond to meet the clients needs. Nothing was too much hassle, communication was great & the turn around speed for getting things done was so fast it almost gave me whiplash!
I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great quality work.

Well what can I say about Minuteman Press, they are the best I've ever come across, staff are absolutely amazing so professional and fantastic value for money, I had a very large file to be printed off with 4 ring folders, it took only a couple of hour's and the job was well done, I'm completely satisfied and the paper used was top paper, beautiful finish not cheap and nasty, I would recommend them a 1000 time's over.
What ever you need Minuteman Press can do with impeccable quality, I am still in shock at how value for money is perfect.
Excellent service, excellent professional finished article and staff so friendly, welcoming,if I could give 10 star's I would there are worth it.

I highly rate the customer service that I received at Minuteman Press in Ilford. Both Danny and Paul were super helpful with my printing needs, produced great quality printing along with a very speedy service which is just what I had wanted. They are both knowledgeable and responsive, both on email and when visiting their Ilford branch in person. Will be returning very soon.

Definetly returning to these guys in the coming weeks with some additional printing.

Minuteman Press Ipswich
I went to Minuteman on Tacket Street, Ipswich, to get colour and monochrome copies of some documents. Apart from the excellent value (less than a quarter of the price of a nearby competitor), I was greeted with warmth and courtesy. The quality of the copies was impeccable too.

Nigel in Minuteman press Redditch gave an excellent service, printed my cards same day, customer service was fantastic.

Impressed again by the efficient, friendly and high quality print work from Minuteman. Glenn in the Cardiff Office helped us so much on the way to producing our top quality posters and leaflets. Thank you for your excellent work.
