Great software tool

Great software tool. It does exactly what I want it to do, which is to monitor the meeting minutes published by 5 different counties and 8 municipalities where have have real estate investments. It has saved me tons of headaches and thousands of dollars already, because I am alerted to the small issues before they become big issues.
