We contacted Danielle and Iwonna through a mutual friend and we were very happy with the end result. They renovated our home with a whole new kitchen, plastering, floors and bathroom whilst providing very helpful advice and insight along the way. We honestly couldn't be happier with how the project turned out and will definitely use them and their team again

We have worked with Mio Home for the renovation of our home in Utrecht. We had some building work (plastering, painting, demolition work and new flooring) and a new bathroom and new kitchen designed and fitted. We loved working with Danielle and Iwona, they were so welcoming and accommodating. It was very good that they speak perfect English as we are expats in the Netherlands. We also loved getting to know their team of workers, very nice and attentive workmen! The design phase of the kitchen and bathroom was fun and Danielle was very helpful. We have now closed phase 1 of the renovation and we will soon start phase 2 again with Mio Home, designing and fitting custom build furniture and finishing two more floors of our house. We cannot wait to see the whole project finished and we will, without a doubt, contact Mio Home again in the future for more work. Thank you Danielle, Iwona and Co and your workmen! :)

After contacting MIO Home for small reconstruction work on our (new) home (which was also done by MIO Home), we we're invited to their home very quick to talk through our wishes. A visit was planned quickly afterwards to take the required measurements. After this appointment, it was quite for a long time on their side and promises to send over quotes and designs weren't kept, although we we're very clear on our planning from the start and this was all fine for them.
After more than a month and many emails, text messages and phone calls from our side, we've received a design and quote which didn't meet our requirements and wishes we discussed before. When we provided feedback on the quote and design, it was quite for a long time again. After a final call with MIO, where they promised to reply on Friday by the latest and didn't meet that promise again, we decided to end the journey with MIO Home. This was 4 weeks ago and we haven't heard from them since.

Bedankt voor uw feedback. We vinden het jammer dat uw ervaring niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Dit hebben wij ook uitgelegd op de andere kanalen waar u slecht over ons schreef. Tijdens ons traject hebben wij geprobeerd om uw wensen zo goed mogelijk te vertalen naar een haalbaar ontwerp. Daarbij liepen we echter tegen enkele technische beperkingen aan.
Zo was er voor de gewenste wijnkast van 60 cm diepte slechts 40 cm ruimte beschikbaar. We hebben alternatieven voorgesteld (zoals een smalle Siemens wijnkast), maar deze sloten helaas niet aan bij uw wensen. Ook in de badkamer waren enkele aanpassingen technisch niet mogelijk, bijvoorbeeld het vervangen van de douchecabine voor een inloopdouche vanwege bestaande boorgaten in de tegels.
We hebben tekeningen en een offerte opgesteld, maar de benodigde maatwerkoplossingen en extra constructiewerkzaamheden vielen buiten het gewenste budget. Omdat we alleen duurzame en uitvoerbare oplossingen aanbieden, is het project niet verder voortgezet.
We vinden het vervelend dat dit als traag en onbevredigend is ervaren en nemen uw feedback mee om onze communicatie te verbeteren. Wij wensen u veel succes met de verdere realisatie van uw plannen.
