Misleading return information

I recently ordered handsoap dispenser on this website. It is not that cute and nice as shown on the website so I wanted to return the item. However, after contacting support as guided on the website, they asked me to post the item back to China even though I am based in UK, they also didn’t provide any label or further instructions except the address in China. The information on return policy shows that the items could be returned to UK warehouse and Mipow will afford the delivery cost. But nothing happens in this way. So this website is misleading to customers

Bad service

They say you can return on their costs within 30 days. (its written on their website) but they keep saying it's not possible. Then when I made a claim with paypal they want me to pay for the return while their website says they will give you a label. Very bad service, wouldn't recommend at all.
