Scammers. Avoid in any cost

I should have read the reviews but unfortunately I didn't. The pictures on the website of what I ordered are the real popular Pop Mart keychains, the one I received is totally fake! Pointing this out their solution is to keep the fake item and get a refund of 30% or send it back to China!!!! Fortunately I googled the address which of course is incorrect and also a scam.

SCAMMERS! I wish I saw the reviews or even just the rating to know that they are a huge fraud. I wanted to buy my prom dress when this website came along. The dress wasn’t cheap but a better price than some of the rest, to be exact €50. It came in early but when I opened it the material looked nothing like in the picture and could break any moment. When I requested to return it, took ages for them to reply only to say, to be more “sustainable” and keep the product as they refund only 20% or that I can send it back all the way to china on my own expense. I said I would like to send it back only to find out from google later that cost was 40 extra euros. They never replied to the email until I felt cheated and accepted that I have been scammed and decided to get atleast 20% of my refund value. After that they replied almost instantly. Please literally order of anywhere else except here. THEY ARE BIG TIME SCAMMERS!

Do not buy from this store. I would give them a zero rating for the whole experience. They do false advertising to make it appear that they have high quality items, fast shipping and easy returns. None of this is true.
1. they do not clearly state that they are a dropshipper that is shipping product from China. This means your product will take 2 or more weeks to arrive and tracking rarely works because you don’t get a PostNL tracking number to start. The item I ordered took 15 business days - there are much faster and better quality products even on Amazon but I ordered here because their website makes it look like they were a local and high quality store. They are not a low cost store and the item I purchased was more expensive and of worse quality than a similar item from Amazon.
2. They promise that if the item is damaged, they will fully refund all costs including return costs. I received the item with torn and half open packaging and I immediately sent the store a picture but they don’t accept it as damaged. This is bad business practice.
3. Finally, and the worse part, they tell you to return the product to China with track and trace. This is not fair and against the law. (Consuwijzer.nl)
I asked them for an address in Holland but they repeatedly refuse to comply.

If you buy from this company and have the same issue, please register a complaint with ACM. They are hurting consumers and other dropshippers.

Do not order there! Fraudulent company! Claims to be based in Holland but the return has to go to China. They don't respond to returns requests for ages and are not customer friendly

Total scam company with cheap chinese products. STAY AWAY!!!

I was sent the wrong size in 2 shirts and o tried to ask for a refund and they wouldn't give me a refund at all. I asked for their managers info 10 times and was told no over and over. NEVER BUY FROM MIRABELLES STORE!!!!! WORST EVER!!!!

First: the 'jeans' I thought I ordered, turned out to be jeggings. And the bomberjacket was just a blouse. Not what I expected. So, I wanted to return the items and asked for a return address.
Second: the return address they provided me with, was in China. It was a weird address, I could not make sure the items would actually reach their destination. I googled to find a correct addressing and found nietbezorgd.nl. This website states that websites that appear to be in The Netherlands should provide you with a return address in The Netherlands. As Mirabella does -by multiple occasions- not do this and stands by their Chinese return address, I took this case to nietbezorgd.nl.

Buy from this website if you want to just donate your money.

Delivered after a month.

Wrong item delivered and never replied.

The item had nothing like the photos. I have returned it in time with the terms. And paid even 30 euros for the return sending. Never got my money back. I tried to communicate with them and it has been 3 months. I guess it is not a real shop and i was scammed.

I would give 0 stars if I could, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. Avoid this site at all costs! I had a terrible experience. I ordered an item that was completely different from the description. Instead of receiving a linen set, they sent me something you can easily find on a Chinese website for five times less. To make matters worse, you have to pay for the return shipping out of your own pocket. This site is nothing more than a scam that ships cheap items from AliExpress at outrageous prices.

It is a webshop from China, not Dutch like they tell on the website. I ordered a bear that was bad quality, looked not like the pictures. Also the shipping takes long, as it is shipped from China. When wanting to return, they told me it should be shipped to China. As the shipping is expensive, they suggested to give the bear to someone else. Terrible mistake to buy at mirabella

Terrible CHEAP jewelry from a company pretending they are based in the Netherlands when actually based in China. Please noone buy from here and waste your money. I spent around €25 on earings that are worth around €2. Look very shiny like they are made of plastic and spray painted metal.

I ordered here 1st of april; mirabellashopping[dot]nl/products/light-leaves and instead of this curtain of lights a received a 1 meter long light string with some leaves and a sunlight charger rather than a usb+remote charger. Initially they respond back and then when you provide pictures of what they sent (dropshipping from china) they just ghost you. It is very expensive and you get really crappy stuff that is nothing like they show you. Please don’t be like me and read this and never order here.

I ordered a red dress that looked great and wasn't even that cheap. When it arrived after quite a long time (it wasn't clear that this would be shipped from China, since they pose to be a European/Dutch website) the dress wasn't at all what I ordered, but some sort of cheap look alike. The straps are positioned differently from what was shown on the picture. Also they are regular straps, whereas the picture on the website clearly shows thin straps. The dress on the picture is also floor length. Since I am quite small (161cm) and ordered a size M, I would expect that the dress would hit the floor. But no. It only reaches halfway down my calfs.

Now to return this faulty item, I am supposed to pay the shipping costs?! Ridiculous!
