Removal of broken lock and installation of new one

Barrie came across as very knowledgeable with a very pleasant personality. From his approach in doing the best job possible it was apparent that he took great pride in his work. He was efficient, tidy and went out of his way to mention things that came to his attention as the job progressed.

I have already started passing Barrie's contact details onto close friends and family members as I believe him to be totally trustworthy

We had just returned from holiday on…

We had just returned from holiday on the 18th of August and as it happens I managed to lock myself out while unloading the car. To make matters worse all the friends/family with spares were also on holiday and couldn't help. My mobile phone was nearly out of battery and had no way of recharging it...just enough to look up and call Miracle Locksmiths. The process was very easy but yet again I managed to send the wrong address to them first of all and correct in a subsequent message. Following all that I waited for them for 2 hours. Just as I had lost hope and surrendered to the idea of sleeping in the garden, these lovely people turned up and let me in my house within minutes.
They did go to the wrong address which was almost 40 minutes away and had every right to simply ignore the job and move on to the next. But they didn't and that saved the day. Because they did show such human compassion and wondered why i wasn't answering the phone, they thought i was in trouble and attended me!
I was so very grateful to them and I stand witness to a great service that doesn't only solve your problem (of letting you in) but does it with commitment and care that is unparalleled.
I am very grateful to the company and the crew of that day.

Had the misfortune of having our …

Had the misfortune of having our premises broke into in the early hours. Barrie was amazing. Fast, efficient and friendly service that was second to none. Want to express my gratitude for a speedy and well executed service barrie. Thank you very much once again.
