Went to the Mirage store in the Corridor, Bath, to buy a USB charger for 510 battery. I've been using USB chargers for the past five years from various companies (including Mirage), and have never had problems before.

About a week before Christmas, I bought a USB charger, and it promptly fell to bits as I attempted to charge my battery. Went back to the store with my receipt and the in-pieces charger, and received a replacement. Inside a couple of weeks, the replacement charger has also fallen to pieces. Will not use this company again.

So friendly, great flavours. There’s a few vape shops in the area but the others are no comparison to here. 5* thank you for your kindness today towards my young son

Always great products, plenty of local stores too, with great opening hours. Super friendly staff too. If you order online you're signed to a loyalty scheme and receive money off your order periodically. The offers are great on e-liquid and the taste is excellent. The delivery always arrives the next day, cannot fault at all.

I started my vapeing journey with mirage and i haven't smoked in 3 years theve been great the whole time from hardware to liquid and any problems ive had they have been so helpful especially the staff at my local store and i have had no problems online either i would recommend to anyone

If you are new to vaping and not sure who or what to choose, I would suggest using MIRAGE. I was let down by another company online (I reviewed them on here as well) due to non existent customer service and taking my money, so went to visit one of MIRAGE's stores. Excellent customer service both online and in person. Also the option to try before you buy in store is a massive bonus. This is a company you can trust. Thank you Mirage.
