Extremely disappointing experience with Miraggio.
I placed my order on 5th May and since then it has been one issue after another. The original order had problems, and after multiple follow-ups a reorder was processed. Due to continued delays and lack of updates, I requested cancellation and refund.
Despite clearly asking for cancellation, the order was delivered anyway.
And after all that waiting and endless follow-ups, the package arrived incomplete.
I ordered multiple items but received only part of my order. The invoice inside the package did not even match my original order confirmation.
What made this experience worse was the constant back and forth with customer support, delayed responses, and having to repeatedly explain the same issue again and again.
This has been frustrating, exhausting, and a complete waste of time. Customers should not have to chase updates, request cancellations multiple times, and still end up with missing items.
Very disappointed with the overall experience and hoping this gets resolved properly.
