From booking to support and the flight itself Mirai made flying private easy, convenient and stress free! I was able to pick whatever aircraft I wanted to best suit my needs, after doing so I was immediately contacted by a manager who helped me through the rest of the process like pre-ordering food for the flight, arrival details etc! Best private jet company to book with!
Booked with Mirai Flight twice now and both times were really smooth.
What I liked most is how easy the app is you literally just pick your time, date, location and the jet you want, and it’s done. No hassle at all, which is pretty rare with when flying private as normally you have to call in, check availability, wait a couple days to get a quote back, but with Mirai the booking process is much more hassle free .
Flights themselves were great, everything ran on time and felt well organised. Catering was also a nice touch, you can choose whatever you want.
Overall just a very simple, clean experience. Definitely plan on booking again.
