Do not do business with this company or Leroy Merlin Marketplace

I ordered a chest of drawers from Leroy Merlin via marketplace on 24/09/2023. Mirakemueble messaged me a couple of weeks later saying there was a manufacturing delay of about one month. I opted to continue with my order. Since then, I have never received my order despite repeatedly writing to them. They have never responded to any of my subsequent messages. I went to Leroy Merlin in person basically to be told they could not do anything about this as the order was placed with an outside company, despite LEROY MERLIN being the original point of contact.
