Mirakl est tout simplement la pire solution d’intégration que nous ayons jamais vue.
Ils ont suspendu notre compte jusqu’à ce que nous payions une facture supplémentaire de 400 EUR par mois, car ils estiment que nous avons plus de 50 000 SKU.
Mais nous ne poussons que 3 500 SKU via Mirakl, bien en dessous de leur seuil. Ça n’a aucun sens.

Leur support ne répond tout simplement pas aux tickets. Nous attendons depuis DES SEMAINES et personne ne revient vers nous (ticket n°199443, au cas où quelqu’un chez Mirakl prendrait 1 min pour notre dossier).

Nous regrettons fortement de les avoir utilisés et nous n’avons désormais pas d’autre choix que de passer à l’intégrateur CHANNABLE, qui semble bien plus fiable.

À l’équipe Mirakl: heureux de modifier mon avis si quelqu’un se manifeste.

But we only push 3500 SKU through Mirakl, way below their threshold. It makes zero sense.

Their support simply does not answer tickets. We have been waiting for WEEKS and no one is getting back to us (Ticket #199443 in case someone even cares at Mirakl to spend 1 min on our case).

We regret so much using them and we will have no choice now to move to CHANNABLE integrator, which seems much more reliable.

We have been using Mirakl to sell on B&Q in the UK for 3 years. Mirakl is simply the worst ecommerce platform we have ever had the misfortune of using. The interface is a mess, the fees are insane and the reliability is appalling and half of our products are misrepresented.

Who ever designed this sorry platform should go back to their day job because it is honestly, hilariously bad.

There is no support either - why companies like B&Q think this is a good idea is beyond me - there is simply no excuse for a platform this bad.

We have just started using Mirakl, but their software lacks direct integration with Linnworks, which is a major drawback. To make matters worse, they force you to use a third-party provider, Fulfillin and eBusiness Guru, for integration. The charges for this service are exorbitant—more than what the actual sales channels charge as a monthly subscription. It feels like small sellers are being taken advantage of, with these providers acting like middlemen just to drain more funds. Highly disappointing experience!

Promising. Hopefully they can pledge 1% for the climate.
