Do not trust this company it’s a scam they take money and do not respond to messages what’s app the customer service is non existent wish I read other reviews before ordering they take money and don’t post suit very deceiving , the advertise suit when they post it’s completely different to what was originally ordered on they website

They don’t deserve a single star, I want to give 0 indeed. It’s been a month I am waiting for my refund. As agreed over the phone I send the parcel back to them , it took 3 attempts for Royal Mail to deliver the parcel as no one was available by their side. First of all they dont answer calls, if they pick up your call they dont speak, doesn’t matter how many times you say hello, They don’t reply to queries . I tried and contacted them through email, insta , calls and what’s app , the response I got is can I call you later?? Rubbish customer service . DID A HUGE MISTAKE BY PLACING ORDER WITH THEM. They did the same in previous order where they did send two dresses from my order. I literally forgot, they are the website. Really regret.

Total and utter scammers.They only sent me 2 suits when I paid for 3.Ive messaged on wattsapp,email,their page and called the number which doesn't exist.They have the audacity to ignore customers,I've spoken to the ombudsman and have passed on all my messages to them.I will never ever order from them again.

Ordered mother and daughter suits for Eid costing up to £100. They never arrived. Tried to contact them but recieved no response. Eid has come and gone. Save your money. This company is committing fraud and will not refund or respond to your countless messages , emails or phone calls.

I brought 2 outfits from the sale and there was a minor issue with them and the owner sorted it out for me straightaway!

This company is a fraud.they take money and do not respond either to emails or telephone calls or messages.
You will never get your order or money back.
Never order from their website.
Unfortunately I can’t give them 0 or - as there is no such option.

I recently ordered 3 dresses from Mirha textile.delivery was so quick apart from that i like fabric same as in picture…so happy and surely will order again😇

Absolute scam didn't send what I ordered then when I called I was told to contact via WhatsApp, I have been ignored for a week. After relentless call he answered the call when I mentioned i contacted about a missing item he cut the call and messaged me to wait, no response since then evidence attached

They also then used my email address to send me spam emails from a different business breaching GDPR, I didn't consent to sharing my contact details I

I recently bought 6 suits from this website the delivery was quick but three Suits were totally wrong fabric according to the description and one suit totally wrong including the size also. I tried to track down the customer service team through emails, WhatsApp messages and calls but no response at all. I paid for a signed recorded delivery and sent back the 3 wrong suits and informed customer service via email and messages but the package was delivered and signed but no response from the company at all. It’s been over two weeks now and no response for refund or gift card. Never going to buy again from them and definitely not going to recommend this website.

I recently ordered from Mirha Textiles, was highly impressed with the quality of the products, which was the best I have ever had. The speed of delivery was very quick, and the staff I found to be very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Mirha Textile and am filing this formal complaint due to unresolved issues with my order.

Over 2 month ago, I placed an order with Mirha Textile. Not only was one suit missing from the delivery, but I also returned two suits from the order, which were confirmed as delivered back to the company. Despite this, I have received no refund for the returned items.

I have tried to contact the company multiple times via WhatsApp, phone, and email but have received no response. This lack of customer support and failure to refund my money is completely unacceptable.
I am requesting the following actions:
A full refund for the two returned suits
A refund or immediate delivery of the missing suit
A written response acknowledging this complaint
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed to file official complaints with consumer protection authorities, report the incident to my payment provider, and post this experience publicly on review sites and social media

I recently ordered from MIRHATEXTILE online, and everything went perfectly. The website was easy to navigate, the product descriptions were clear, and the sizing guide was super helpful - my items fit exactly as expected quick delivery highly recommended.

We recently visited MIRHA The quality of the clothes really stood out soft fabrics, well-made pieces, and lots of attention to detail. Prices were reasonable for the quality, and they even had some great deals going on. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ready to help without being pushy. They offered helpful suggestions and made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend.

Was not given the right dress and have emailed multiple times but got no replies. Horrible customer service

Hi I ordered 5 dresses they sent me only 3 now no refund and also no body pic the call please don't buy clothes there

I have not received my outfit I'm still waiting money has been taken out for the outfit I'm not happy at all .

They are the worst in customer service they don’t get back to you they sent me damaged goods and still no reply ??? It’s terrible !!!

An embellishment was missing from one of the garments. I contacted by email, its been nearly 2 weeks and no response!

Ridiculous customer service. When you ring on the number provided in Google, the guy is so rude and doesn't help at all. I've been emailing and ringing but never had a response. It says online the refund will be made within 14 days but it doesn't, it takes so much longer. Would never recommend this company.
