Their service have gaps
Their service have gaps, especially when it comes to cancellations. We cancelled our last order within the accepted period to receive a full refund based on their website (cancellation happened before delivery). But the company failed to refund the cost of delivery, its been a month and numerous emails back and forward, and no resolution.
Nowadays service is everything.
I do not recommend them.

Horrifying customer experience.
Horrifying customer experience.
Went to their store, the guy was giving me a deal however could see that their own online was €150 cheaper for the exact same elements.
Bought online, no updates on anything, had to chase unresponsive customer service through a pay number.
Finally, our stuff arrived however the dishwasher didn’t work and the fridge was broken, haven’t heard back from customer service for more than a week and even the people on LinkedIn isn’t replying.
