My first time ordering from Mirraw and had encountered a problem on my end. I am extremely grateful that the gentleman name Vickey helped me get my issues resolved.

Umar is a very good salesperson. He really helped me a lot. He was very polite and patient. I was really happy with the service provided.

I have purchase set palazo, bluse and scafe for my girl, Their website is quik for purcgase but for anything else is rubbish, i have contact them many time via email, watsup and phone but no respond and always invalid so i have to text my paypal to get through them and ask for return becouse the palazo was so huge until now they didnt send me a link and keep telling me to take 5% and not to return. This website is disgusting and unprofesional.I will not shop again from them and if you want to west your money and time then your welcom on their website becouse they dont care about customer all they care is money.
Stop asking me to take 5% discount, i want to return as palazo is so huge

I’m so happy with my lehengas! I ordered two orders (M750534007 and M199345045) and both are absolutely beautiful. The stitching is excellent, and even though they came all the way from India 🇮🇳, the delivery to Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 was super fast 🚚✨. The customer service was really quick to respond, and the designer Bhavina was amazing—she helped me adjust my order by adding sleeves and guided me through every little detail. I’m so grateful to her for her support and her wonderful work 💖.

What can I say I absolutely love shopping on mirraw its like "Love at first sight" everything is just so beautiful, price range its 100 out of 100 the prices perfectly match with my budget even if I cant buy it straightaway I will save it until I can purchase it one of the BEST indian shop :) I am an old customer :D this was not the 1st time I purchased something from the website, I occasionally do shop at mirraw :) this year I ordered a dress for Eid the delivery was kind of messed up but still mirraw customer service managed to solve my problem instantly which I am happy about and I will always be ordering& shopping at mirraw.

Mirraw is a fantastic company! They have an amazing selection of clothing, and the prices feel fair for the level of detail and craftsmanship in each piece. I purchased two lehengas, and they are honestly some of the most beautiful outfits I’ve ever owned—the quality and workmanship are far beyond anything I’ve seen in stores where I live.

I also want to give a special mention to Aditya for his help with my order. He made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and his communication and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It was such a great first experience that I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware- products received were poor quality fabrics and horrible proportions despite selecting proper size per size chart.

Edit: I wrote this review after contacting their customer support team, which would not allow me to return the items, asks for photos and videos and to measure the items on camera, just to offer me a %5 store credit. Not the standard of store I shop at. There’s a reason why they list no return information on their website.

My order was on hold as payment didn't go through. I contacted support and Uzer was quick to explain the problem and swiftly corrected everything.

Exceptional service. We have ordered so many items from them and there are few things we love:
1) Customer service is amazing - Example... I placed an order and then wanted to add another item after a couple of days and it was taken care of (big deal for us otherwise, it would have been delayed). Thanks Vickey.
2) Measurements are easy - they show pictures of how to measure and even then someone from their design group will send a message if something doesn't make sense based on all other measurements/style. They will make recommendations. I have accepted their recommendations twice now (for blouses) and they came out perfect.
3) Fitting - fitting is much, much, much better than some of the other sites. In fact, last year, we had visited India, the tailor took the measurements, and none of the blouses fit. How is that possible? Well, Mirraw seems to have figured it out.
4) Clothes look the same as on the site - the material, the design, the fit, etc.
Would highly recommend trying out the site.

Exactly how I wanted the saree to be, ordered last min and still got it in time for Eid, great quality and decent priced, love it.

Update: the customer service staff of Mirraw Puja tried their best, and finally I have received my package. It's very late though as the events are passed.
Thank you, Puja for the support. The overall quality of products are good. Therefore I have increased the starts from one to three.

My advise to Mirraw:
1. Set up a logistical hub and customer set ice team in the UK.
2. Improve on supply chain management in india. Use reputable courtiers like DHL or FedEx.
3. Be realistic and honest on giving a timeline to customers. Do not make false promises.

Last year, they could not deliver the wedding clothes we ordered over £1500 on time. We had to buy replacements. This year, I ordered clothes, and as my account had my old address, I saw that the delivery address was not the current one. I immediately contacted them and asked them to update the delivery address to my present one. The adviser Ammar said he had changed the address; I do not need to worry.

The order was again seven days late, and I could not wear the outfit for the Asian party.

Today I suddenly saw that my order has been delivered and it was delivered to the old address. £230 worth of clothes gone missing as the new residents of the address did not receive anything.
Usually courtiers update on the progress of the delivery through text or email or both. There was no update as such. Suddenly at 20:30 Mirraw sent an email that package was covered and how many stars I want to give them ‘ for their excelled t service’!!!
They are inefficient, lie to their customers and most importantly do not pick phon calls!! WhatsApp callers say, nothing to worry, all has been taken care. But they cannot maintain time or cannot manage deliveries.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE NIGHTMARE!
They do not deserve one star even.
