It's a pity that zero stars isn't an…

It's a pity that zero stars isn't an option for the crooks behind Vera/Mirror Ring. When things appeared to be going sideways I requested a refund. I was told my refund would be processed once the rings started shipping. Many months later, some rings shipped, but from what I've heard, most people never got rings and those who did recieved rings that didn't work. I never recieved a refund. They Madoff (no pun intended) with my $. I contacted them multiple times. I used to get responses, but no more. I'm guessing they are officially dead & gone along with my $ and thousands more. These a-holes give legit businesses who crowdfund a bad name! Whoever was behind this scam, I hope they rot in hell (though I don't believe in such nonsense as heaven & hell). I do believe that what goes around, comes around. PLEASE, let bad karma bite them in the ass!

Biggest scam!

The company openly told their backers they were throwing in the towel and no longer developing the ring or app.. most of the backers haven’t received their ring, those that have have to use 3rd party apps to make it work. Huge scam

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAMMER

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAMMER! They were on the Indiegogo website as a start up. They scammed people out of a half million dollars. Over a year later, they deactivated the start up campaign on Indiegogo but continue to scam people from their website. Check reviews on Indiegogo, join the Facebook group (Mirror Health VIP) they started, read what people are saying. They posted in the group, the business has been shut down.

Non-existent Customer Service

I was part of the Kickstart in May. After empty promise after empty promise, I filed a fraud dispute with my bank. Finally in December the ring showed up in the wrong size. I have tried numerous times to get a refund, then a return, then to confirm the size I ordered... crickets. I put the ring on a smaller finger and am still waiting for my info to register on my app. Nothing so far but it does drain my phone battery really really fast! Don't order this ring! The lack of customer service alone is enough really to not to get this ring!

Terrible product, app and service

Terrible. Paid for it in Feb 2024. Promised May delivery. Received in October. Received wrong color. Then receive correct color, wrong size. Tired of waiting so I started wearing. Have been wearing for 2 months. Often the data is blank or unreadable in the app. No explanation for the stats. Buying this ring was a waste of money and a waste of time trying to get customer service. Do not recommend at all.

I wish I read these reviews first!

I wish I read these reviews first!! I guess I purchased the wrong thing. I know this ring (type of ring) does work. Like everyone else I have no ring and it was a Xmas gift. I’ve been emailing and messaging with ZERO response. I’ll be calling my credit card company tomorrow after seeing these and find the actually item I’m looking for and from a reputable company! What is wrong with the world.?! Just be HONEST! They will get what’s coming to them. Eventually.

Theft. Lies and theft.

Have my money. I have no ring. They stopped responding to my emails, requesting a refund.
They won’t allow new posts in their vip group and turn off comments on posts. Haven’t updated in 2 months. They talk about troubleshooting for those that received the junk and ignore those of us with no product, no possible date for shipment, nothing.
They accepted our money, spent it elsewhere, and are now asking for “investors” to fund the missing products.

It has been AN ENTIRE YEAR of “you’re just about to get your rings, just days away!” and then they disappear when the promised date passes, radio silence. Ignore emails despite writing “email for any questions!”
Those that got their rings? Despise them. Call them junk. A complete waste of money. This is a joke of a startup that failed their backers. Immensely.

Google and check out Reddit for others experiences.

Run far, far away from this company!

SCAMMING

SCAMMING, THIEVING company. I purchased a ring earlier this year, paid $215. The product arrived 5 months after estimated arrival, okay, whatever. When the product finally arrived it NEVER worked. When it did connect for really short times, no data was recorded and was constantly disconnecting. NO support from the campaign owner at all. I am stuck with a $215 piece of junk. I can't dispute my CC because of course it's over 6 months. I contacted Indiegogo and they said to open a dispute. I've done that 2 times now and each time I hear NOTHING back and when I log in, it says resolved. Nothing is resolved and Indiegogo continues to have this scamming company's campaign on their site. The comments on the campaign and here shows that there are many, many people just like me that have been scammed.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I was also scammed by this company. Thankfully I got my money back from my credit card, but many people did not. This company is in its death throes I’m sure. Don’t waste your money and just grab a cheap ring off of Temu. That seems to be what this company did.

TOTAL SCAM

All you have to do is read the discussion on Indiegogo to figure out this is a scam! Won't let me post the link. Go to the Indiegogo web site and search for The Mirror Ring..read the discussions from the backers

Total scam

Total scam - rings were paid for in February with delivery expected in May. Dates kept changing, more money was asked for, doctors who were said to have supported the project had never heard of it, those who asked for refunds on their credit cards were told they needed bank details to be refunded. Many people successfully initiated chargebacks with their credit cards after Mirror’s response that it was a donation.
