Awful site, Avoid at all cost.
Don't be fooled by their bonuses. Even if you win you can't withdraw your winnings.
I deposited £10 and managed to win over £25 so I thought I'd quit whilst I was ahead but apparently I haven't wagered enough to withdraw, WFT. I had the same problem with amazon slots. These sites are a total scam.

I have been depositing using PayPal for the last few weeks.i had a withdrawal which i received last week, i have since won again £600 and i have been ignored for 7 days, pending confirmation from bank is all it says on transaction history, since emailing I’ve had my account disabled I cannot play games or deposit so that’s proof your ignoring me which I all I need to build a strong case against you. It seems u don’t want to pay out my winnings, you’ve not communicated with me about why my accounts been disabled either, it’s all rather unfair however again with no communicate from yourself it doesn’t look good for you at all in the slightest.

It didn’t work after I deposited and spent £10 so I followed the link and deposited £10 and the new customer wheel still didn’t load so I tried to withdraw my £10 and it said you cannot withdraw less than 19.99 so I was forced to spend it

Total scam deposit £10 didn’t get any free spins, went to draw my money out and said it had to be £19.99. So I deposited another £10 still wouldn’t let me withdraw, so I deposited another £10. £30 in total now and I still can’t withdraw my money as it’s saying I haven’t wavered enough. Absolutely disgusting they take your money and don’t give you it back. Please avoid this company ‼️‼️

There is no live chat it just sends an email

I withdrew £110 and it’s still not in my account and still no email replies so most likely won’t ever see that money
I’ve not seen any other reviews to say they actually have received the funds either

they have frozen me out from cashing out the money from my account this site needs to be held accountable for the scamming of peoples money il be going to my bank and reporting the money i spent as being fraud and getting them to get it backn

OMG!!! so my withdrawal is not working and my money is stuck on the site! They put my profile on a cooling off period 7 days ago and said to speak to some gambling people and it’s been 7 days since I’ve gotten a reply!! They claim they have live chat but they don’t!!! I’ve waited days to hear back from Email!! No help!!!! They shouldn’t even have put my account on any cool off in the first place as I didn’t even gamble that much!!!! I am livid!!! This is really bad. It’s the same as a lot of other sites with the layout. The only difference here is that they charge you £2.50 for a withdrawal. Not only that but you can’t take out anything less than £19.99. Even then you have to email them to make any withdrawal if you’re a new player and it says that they’ll take a few days to reply. Not holding my breath. Avoid. Very surprised that The Mirror or any newspaper no matter how bad of a reputation they have would be affiliated with a company like this. Edit: to be fair it’s a bank holiday today and they have replied saying I’m able to withdraw now, I went on the site and yes, it was letting me. It says the money will take 1-3 days. ID verification was really quick for me (unlike for others it seems) I was going to add a star but remembered the £2.50 withdrawal fee.

Deposited 60 wanted to withdraw 50 sent documents it said documents accepted money still in my account and asking for I'd again how can a national newspaper endorse this

Ripped of £8 not even scammed, opened account put £10 in played 1 game and left £8 in, logged out went back next day, locked out, reset password, emailed support and nothing, 10 try's to log in and 5 emails to support and nothing. Worse than a scam just daylight kin robbery
