We ordered two matching mirrors for a bathroom remodel project. MirrorLot had an abundance of frame options to choose from and we were able to find a perfect match to the vanity. Ordering and receiving samples was fast and easy. The finished product was perfect, really great job on the mitered edges. The overall value was great, received a custom product for less than many of the pre finished mirrors we shopped online for.

Received a phone call to confirm ALL details immediately after I placed my order online. The packaging of the mirror was impressive. Heck, it probably could have been dropped off a roof and stayed intact. Highly recommend these folks!

The mirrors turned out exactly like I thought they would. The website gives a great description of the frames. They were incredibly well made as well as wonderfully package for shipping. I really am impressed with the whole operation.

Mirror was fabricated to my exact specs. Well built with solid plywood backing. Came with a really good hanging/mounting system. Was easy to install. The packaging was very good. Fast turn-around time. Would defiantly use again and recommend to others.

I ordered two identical mirrors, one just bigger than the other. They arrived and were packaged with great care to prevent breakage. Someone n the delivery process laid the mirror down and must have put something on top of it. The one mirror arrived shattered. The other perfect. My replacement mirror arrived within 10 days with no hassle whatsoever. Customer service was very helpful. All I had to do was photograph the packaging and the damage.

Second time using this site, both times the mirrors looked even better in person and quality was perfect.

I would have given 5 stars, because our new table is beautiful!! But when assembling the table legs, one of the holes didn't line up with the table top. Fortunately, we were able to drill the hole enough to make it work. Other than that we had a great experience. The table arrived in perfect condition - their packing solution was outstanding!

Overall I am very pleased with the mirrors and the way they were packaged. My only complaints are the difficulty communicating in regard to delivery date, and some blemishes on the wooden frame around the mirrors.

Great product. Excellent packaging for shipment. Very happy. A bit pricey but it was a large mirror and expensive to ship.

Perfect mirror
The mirror was delivered on time, it was packed very nicely. The outside box was damaged but due to the wood packing the mirror was in perfect condition. The mirror looks beautiful on our commercial bathroom wall. It is as described.

This is my second time using MirrorLot and find the product to be of consistent good quality. I am also pleased with MirrorLot’s customer service and communication regarding delivery. Highly recommend!
