MirrorMate Frames Reviews

..........

Awesome look for mirrors. Easy to put together a d easy to install.

Online information was really helpful ahead of purchase, instructions were really clear, online measuring was made really easy to follow and make sure it would fit great. We got 4 samples ahead of time and ended up going with one I want leaving toward initially- glad we did samples. Great product and service!

Mirror Frame Success
The service and response to questions and getting samples was on spot. The person on the phone was very helpful, patient and kind. Frame arrived and we used directions to put together. This was a two person job since our frame was large. My mom is a perfectionist so if she is happy then the company is 5 star!!!

Many problems with this order. Most of it was my fault as I had flipped the measurements. But I think they should have a place to manually confirm measurements like MirrirChic does so this won’t happen. When I contacted them they did admit that they were also off by an inch in their measurements. Also the .75 depth they quote on website is wrong when you add in the tape. So just really bad experience all around. They did let me return it as it was uninstalled in brand new condition but charged me like 60.00 to do so. Did not take any responsibility for their errors.I have No problem paying for shipping both ways but another 40 just to turn around and recut resell it. It was brand new. Anyway I ended up going to MirrorChic and had opposite experience. They helped me from start to finish. Measurements were spot on including the depth. Much more reasonably priced as well.

This company is great.

Wonderful product. It is made well and is beautiful!

I questioned putting a frame on my mirror. Would I like it ? Would it fit right? All the normal questions. But then I decided to move forward. Got several samples and locked in on one. Took measurements and ordered. It arrived quickly and put together very easily with instructions provided. Then installed and it was BEAUTIFUL!!! Best decision and elevated the luxury of my bathroom to the level I wanted. Best product.

This product was everything the Company claimed it was. Super satisfied. Looks great and easy to install.

Beautiful frames and super easy to install. It took a while to arrive but worth the wait

This was an easy process, the instructions supplied with the kit were great. I was able to put the frame together in no time at all. It looks great, installation was quick and easy. The ugly old mirror, looks brand and frame was great, no issues with the process of quality. Considering doing a second mirror.

The entire process from measuring , ordering and installing the frame was very well explained and uncomplicated. I am very happy with the result and installed the almost 6 foot frame by myself. Thank you

I was glad to receive 3 free frame samples that I chose, that helped me see exactly what I was ordering! Also, I forgot to send some key information online and after calling the next day, costumer service promptly added the info to my order! Very satisfied!

First time customer. Product is excellent and installation is easy. The Mirrormate ordering process and installation instruction are great and easy to follow. Considering our next project.

The whole experience from start to finish was great. The website was easy to select your mirror frame and even telling you how to get the correct measurements. The communication after the sell was nice letting you know when your shipment would arrive. Thank you for a great purchase!

The frame was exactly as ordered and instructions were clear. Any questions I had were answered promptly.

This product was easy to build and install. It really upgraded the look of my bathroom!

What I like about both of my purchases was the ease of installation. These frames are very well made and make my bathrooms look bigger and brighter.

The entire experience has been great. Customer Service was excellent and frame quality was better than I could have imagined.
