I have several Misaki pearl jewelry pieces already, all of which I have ordered online. I cannot have enough!
The service has always been excellent, Misaki Monaco has mailed my orders right away. The shipping time length has always been depending on the courier company.
I have one remark this time, the packaging (paper envelope) did not protect the gift wrapping Misaki boxes which have been wrinkled their the corners.
Not a tragedy but slightly taking off the feeling of luxury treatment - which I got used to from Misaki Monaco.
However I love the pearls, already thinking of excuses to order more...

I got a watch for free!
I sent a watch for repair, and for some unknown reason, it did not arrive in Misaki.
Misaki did not ask too much, and when they saw that the watch was actually sent and did not reach them, they just sent me a new watch for free!
What I paid for was just what I had to pay for the repair and shipping.
They are kind, sweet and great!

Great service. I have bought once, however for this purchase, reading some customer reviews I had some concerns regarding the delivery method that might take longer than usual. I’ve sent an email and immediatly the delivery method was switched to DHL and the product came in few days! What a big difference the customer service can make!
