Never got my blackfriday discount advertised

The site was easy to navigate, my purchase came even before the dead line, everything would’ve been really excellent if it wasn’t for the BLACKFRIDAY add, which said if i did purchase over some amount, i would have a discount of 10%.
I did buy more than i actually needed so i could qualify for the discount. And i made the purchase, only to later realize I never got my discount and paid in full for all the products. So i feel cheated by them.

I received a legitimate product within…

I received a legitimate product within 2 weeks. I'm giving 5 stars because when I found out the product was shipping from Spain, I googled the company and hellopeter.com said it was a scam and my stomach turned but then I saw TrustPilot and people were saying it was legit. I had no idea they were in Spain, thought they were in Canada and they say usually ships "in a few days" so not exactly but it shipped in 2 weeks minus 1 day and the product is legit so I'm happy! I'm in Canada. Oh and the instructions on the box are in Spanish but I can easily look those up online.

missing items from my order and they told me they can not send replacement. I can not use the collar as it needs extra links , which was the missing item. The contact collar is not the same as the picture on website.

Damaged on arrival

I have received my order of 2 fish tank lamps. Unfortunately the packaging was poor with little protection. One arrived broken. I have not been able to contact anyone about this. Still trying. Hopefully this will be resolved.

Easy to order & fair prices

Easy to order on basis of previous orders. Quick delivery and fair prices.
I have ordered dogfood from Miscota for more than a year now, and all deliveries have been to my satisfaction.

Glad but..

Glad to have found a product not available on other stores, or less expensive on Miscota. Fast shipping from Spain to South of France (4 days with the weekend).
4 ⭐ because I forgot to opt-out "Yoga guarantee" and I couldn't find a specific Punto Pack/Mondial Relay in the suggested selection.
