Whilst they might eventually send out the items you've ordered being remarkably quick to take your money, the despatch company they use in Portugal - DPD, are worse than useless and couldn't find their way out of a tunnel without assistance. Get the delivery address at roughly 15 kms away - twice. Don't respond to emails and when you send them ones with a precise location on marked on a map & with a picture, still don't reply. Miscota aren't much better in responding but, there are very good at sending you endless offers. Can't wait to be refunded and have all my details removed from their servers. Would I use them again? NO!!

DO NOT shop from this website (miscota.com) if you live in USA. The cat food I ordered from this website was confiscated by Customs due to lack of documentation/certification from the shipper and I never received it. And they said the delivery was from Spain which more expensive than the food itself. I spent more than $100 on this food for a small bag of cat food. When I asked about the refund after I havent received the food they told me that they ar not responsible for delivery failures due to customs ?? If they are not authorized to deliver to the countries, ie.USA they should not make their website available to sell. Pls mind this note if you are ordering from USA. I didnt check the reviews before ordering unfortunately and I lots lots of money and wait time for my cat's food.

Very bad customer experience better to order from zooplus or brekz!
Luring customer with extreme low prices on premium food, showing everything on their website immediately available! On top the delivery cost 45 EUR which kills the price advantage up to 5 EUR in total for a large amount of cat food compared zooplus or brekz which are trustworthy and reliable...
However I should wait two (=2) months to receive my parcel because of one item isn't suddenly available and customer service does not react anymore after this message.

Managed to get the Cat food I wanted from Miscota Spain.
Yes the postal charges were expensive, but that's to be expected if you're that desperate you're ordering pet food from Spain to UK!
On average, it worked out about £1 a tin for Gourmet Gold Melting heart but it stops me throwing away untold boxes of cat food that she just won't eat!
Delivery took 8 days. My 11 yr old cat is happy so I'm happy!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have been waiting since beginning of October for my parcel to arrive . 30 + emails later and still no delivery. Tracking says error unknown. I was checking miscota's (India) review online before placing my first order. The first review was bad as the product sold was expired. However I thought of placing an order anyway as it had 38 five star ratings. But for my surprise the product was for ₹4,829, but shipping was for ₹8,743 and some yoga guarantee for ₹262, getting the final price to ₹13,834.
Dishonest company
Terrible experience due to lack of honesty and transparency from the company. I ordered 2 chip feeders to Germany for my sick cats. The company mentioned on their website that the package would be shipped by Hermes, but this was not the full truth. Hermes was only responsible for the last leg of delivery, actual delivery was handled by a Spanish company. This is why Miscota would not give a proper tracking number for the package, they instead forces you to track via their website to obscure the deliverer. However, the tracking number they gave me did not even work on their site. After 2 weeks of arguing with customer support as the package did not show up, they finally relented and gave me an actual tracking number for InPost. Only then did I find out that the package was shipped from Spain. This information never appeared anywhere throughout the ordering process.
The package arrived a full month after I ordered. The delivery guy dumped it in front of me and rushed away because of the terrible condition the box was in. It was not taped properly so both top and bottom flaps were close to opening on their own. The feeders were rolling inside freely because there was 0 padding. It was abhorrent how little care they put in for an order worth close to 400 EUR.
I then wrote a review of the product detailing my full experience, giving it 2 stars. The review did not show up on their website. So this is why the products they carry have such good ratings, Miscota hides all the negative reviews!
I will never deal with this company ever again. Stick to Zooplus.

I buy cat food from miscota. Felix dry food and Gourmet wet food with rabit . No probem at all.
It arrived after 8 days.
The shipping was on the weight of my parcels. I payed 17 £ shipping for 25 £ food. But the food is not to find anywhere in the UK, and payment with paypal costs 1 £ extra but you have the paypal buyer protection if something is wrong.

I placed an order four months ago, never received the items, and they didn't do a refund, although I requested it several times. This store is a scam; do not use it.

Today is the final point when I am refusing using this company's service.
It has been 3 years since we started using Miscota to purchase good (mostly food) for our dog.
It has always been problematic because their orders would arrive damaged sometimes. In most of the cases my orders would arrive late or there would be an item missing, so I had to wait or replace it.
The only reason I was still using it is because they had a specific dog-food that I needed.
Also, if you wanted your order to be processed faster or to get better customer support - you had to pay extra for each order! This is incredible.
The last point was today, when it has been more than 3 weeks since my order was places and it is not even shipped yet.
Ordered on the 21st of August, today is September 18th.
On August 23rd they said that the order was ready and they were shipping it, but they did not.
September 13th, they said that the items arrived to their warehouse and they were about to ship them, but they did not - again!
They lie, moreover, it leads to your dog having no food.

After reading reviews here, I was quite sceptical, but we didn't have any other choice, as the food our doggie needs can only be purchased through Miscota. I placed an order and after 2 weeks there were no updates, so I get in contact with Miscota and got a very quick response, explaining the reason for the delay because of one of the food bags. I decided to leave it and deliver the rest of the food. From that moment, the delivery took roughly a week, which was quite quick! I am still waiting for a refund for a cancelled item, but again got a very quick response from Miscota, sharing the refund code and time frame to receive refund. Overall experience was very good to me, if another food brand that I found in the UK still will not suit my boy, I will stick with ordering from Miscota from Spain. Delivery charge even tho quite high, but you need to acknowledge the weight of the parcel and customs after Brexit... so I suggest ordering in advance big quantities. Food arrived in a good state, not damaged.

As others have noted, delivery charges are exhorbitant. An item was found to be cheaper than other stockists yet upon completing the order a delivery charge of nearly £50 was applied! They appear based in Valencia, Spain - despite a .co.uk web address. So there's probably an import duty thanks to brexit if you order over the threshold...
Be warned.
Delivery charge £49.53 on bag of dog food
Ordering a 15kg bag of dog food at £54.07 from their UK website, I was surprised to find them the cheapest by around £6. All respectable retailers include free delivery for purchases of this value.
On checking out, my basket informed me that delivery was £49.53.
I know Miscota is a Spanish company and have used them when in Spain and Portugal and received free delivery there, but this is just unacceptable. Why list a product that they cannot supply from the UK. (I am presuming that is the reason).
I wanted to contact them, but cannot find a phone number on their website.
So beware, always check delivery costs.
