Like most of us, I found Misfitmedium while scrolling on tiktok and seen they were live, loved how genuine they were, how they put you at ease, answered your questions and more, immediately followed.
Decided to join Misfits Circle, even though I was scared and unsure if I even had any abilities, had so many fears, Circle and Class has literally been the most amazing and life changing journey for me, not only do you learn the tools to develop your abilities (and yes we all have the ability to learn this despite what some egotistical Medium might say) but it's a personal journey too, one that's changed my life. Now after 2 years of development and Mentoring from Dan & Jen, I have the privilege of bringing people's loved ones through, bringing them comfort, leaving them in a better place, and it's all thanks to Dan & Jen.
The Misfit Community have all become my 2nd family, and I'm just so grateful.

I also was lucky enough to have a reading from Jen, who brought my Aunt through, she knew things I never told anyone unrelated to her passing, such as the metal in my aunts back, to the family situation since she passed, to my aunt telling her to tell me to clean my room, that the purple chocolate wrappers were all behind my locker, embarrassingly it was true, I was so shocked lol, I love the Cadbury purple snack bars, bring one to bed with me every night and yes I used to throw the wrapper behind the locker (pls don't judge, I cleaned my room lol). She brought up memories even i sadly had forgotten, memories that literally had me laughing and for the first time since my Aunt passed a year ago, I could laugh and smile while I thought of her and not fall to pieces.

If you want a private reading or to develop your abilities, I can honestly say Dan & Jen I'd trust whole heartily.

I had a reading with Jen last year that absolutely blew my mind. She gave me so much information that no one would have known. The reading was meant to be 45mins but ended up being near on 1hr 20mins.

Had a reading with Jen after catching them on tik tok one night. She is definitely not a medium. She validates with a bunch of random names, got literally every detail wrong about anything concrete. When she guessed wrong, she would thank me for giving her the correct info and act like she was still learning. It was supposed to be a spirit reading but once she knew she couldn't give the validation, she started going off on some really weird prophecies.
One example was she saw I got a pet from my loved one which I said didn't happen so she actually went into this whole thing where my loved one did work for an old vet and received some sort of bond as payment. Super weird and I really had to force myself to keep being nice.
Next example she said she sees my bf works with his hands which couldn't have been further from the truth. She then actually asked what he did for a living and went into some nonsense that there was something I didn't know about him and it involved a woman named Christina. I couldn't keep from laughing and saying oh you are saying he is cheating. Super funny. She said no and dropped it and moved on.
Bottom line is she was getting any validating info wrong and had to go into scam mode. I tried messaging on tik tok and asked for a real medium or for a refund. No response so the next day I searched for their email. They turned really nasty and refused to refund and tried to gaslight me. They refused to refund the future show I had also paid for until I gave them the tik tok I saw them on. I had gone through their website so it's obvious they are worried about controlling the narrative. I didnt have access to the tik tok right away. Accused me of lying about the tik tok being mine which made me laugh because it really was my bfs. Just a total scam and terrible experience. They wouldn't give me a copy of the reading either. They are super worried about this stuff getting out.
I don't recommend obviously unless you are looking for someone to tell your story to. A shoulder to cry on. She was super nice as most scammers are. They have to be. If i hadn't had beautiful readings in the past by truly gifted people, this would have made me lose faith in the trade. Sad.

I had watched these guys on social media for some time thought they came across genuine. There is no reviews online which initially concerned me a little, however I took a risk based on how I thought they came across from their social media and Booked a private reading.
Automatic email when you book states “if you need any assistance with your booking email us or call us on our phone number” …but no phone number provided on the email which initially I found strange.

So I wanted to ask something about a booking ,I had been told on a live it would be possible to change time which was available on site to slightly earlier time , so email sent , as advised, to ask officially if this was possible after I booked a date. No reply, however it’s new year so I left it a week before I emailed again, again no reply. I’m getting worried now why is no one responding, at this point I’m not even concerned about the time change I’m more worried about zero response and worrying that I’ve being scammed? I can see they are active on their social media though , So I commented on their live video to alert them I’m trying to get hold of them. “Ok sure we will check our emails tomorrow” he said.
Next few days still Nothing. Further email sent 6days after this. Nothing again. Inboxed them on TikTok to say I’ve emailed you 3 times and has no reply , response was what’s your email address we will look into this…email address provided and my message was never even read . Managed to speak to someone who I found on TikTok that is associated with them via inbox to explain situation, who was very helpful and promptly replied to me, Said she had messaged them directly for me to alert them I’m looking to speak to them , next few days , Still nothing from the mediums themselves even after this. Finally the day before my booking, I’m getting annoyed . I see content being posted on their social media, replies made publicly to people on their content, so I comment under a video publicly which is finally when they reach out to respond to me ,which to me , concerns me that this was because other potential new customers may see this and may reflect poorly. Told me they have been Ill…which is fair and I’m somewhat understanding, however questioning why still posting content and live chats but too ill to respond to me in last 3 weeks of reaching out. He said Your reading might be cancelled tomorrow due to illness . I said ok thats fine but could they let me know for definite tomorrow ..no response. If I hadnt reached out to speak to them would they have even bothered contacting me to tell me this? Because nothing to this point has shown responsive.

Next day, no contact until 15mins after my official booking time to say it won’t go ahead we will refund you. So I’ve sat on zoom that day waiting incase someone showed up or at the time I had asked for as well the time officially scheduled, like an idiot, not wanting to miss an appointment incase it went ahead, upset. That’s a lot of money for the average person to spend to miss an appointment so I was taking no chances. I would be understanding to the illness explanation to a degree however 2 content videos were posted that same day of my booking whilst they were out seeing doctors that day apparently and couldn’t message me, not even one minute of their time in that full day to inform a paying customer that their booking would be officially cancelled.

Furthermore which has been even more disrespectful and concerning , is there was no sense of urgency to send my money back. Didn’t even bother responding to my paypal request to claim my money back, had to escalate a claim for paypal themselves to review the situation and source my money back.

poor customer service , really disappointed with this whole experience .seems that priority seems to be creating content, engaging with users to get them to sign up to bookings/classes. Feels like a lack of disrespect for anyone once they have paid for their services . Customers that are booking these services are people who are usually in the depths of grief ,vulnerable and reaching out for some comfort, which I think they should be mindful of. What should have been a wholesome experience has now in fact left me questioning what I believe, which is the saddest part.

If their following is too big to provide adequate customer support then maybe this is something they should look at. I would have discussed my experience and views with them themselves had they even given me an opportunity to be heard, instead of continually disregarding me. It’s difficult to accept illness as an excuse for this poor experience when social media presence has remained.
