I am not happy from customer service. I bought phone from web site on 15.11.2024 but DPD not delivered. I am applied for refund by PayPal, call to customer service phone but nobody resolved problem.

There was no feeling of security
There was no feeling of security. The link provided on the website I should've been able to use to track my order was not updated regularly so I did not know where it was or where it was coming from. Also, I was not provided with a reference for my order on the actual courier website. I received my product more than a week later than they claimed that it would arrive.
In saying this, their customer service was helpful in chasing up what was wrong but still got things wrong (ie, saying I received a tracking reference for the courier which I did not).

You were emailed personally 4 times ( 3rd / 6th /10th & 12th July) after you placed your order to advise on delivery schedule, which was delivered on Business day 9. Our promise is @7 Business days. On our emails we explained that sadly your package was held by customs for a random stop. We promptly communicated and apologised on all occasions we emailed as customs are somewhat beyond our control.
We do pride ourselves on not just our products but our customer service and delivery.

Excellent customer service,imported the phone even though a European release hasn't been confirmed yet. The phone is a beast! In a good way... great display, sd855 and good camera would thoroughly recommend getting one as not many people have them in the UK.
