Placed an order to collect in shop, delivery was out of the question due to me needing this within a couple of days and thought this was the best option. I drove all the way to Liverpool from Manchester to collect only to find there had been a glitch in the system and my order is missing! Not happy at all!
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered coat and it arrived completely damaged. Instead of taking responsibility, the seller tried to blame me for the issue. Shockingly rude attitude, zero professionalism, and no respect for customers.

A guy named Dan was who I dealt with. This man thinks he knows more about wearing a bra than I do as a 52 year old woman with 36dd's. This company sucks, They list the bras as 34 a b c etc but what they sell you is a small med large etc. AS A WOMAN who has worn bras since she was 10 NO DAN THEY DO NOT FIT THE SAME !!!!
Item received today - two pink felt pen stains on the front - no response from the online chat or via email. Appears I am liable for the postage to return despite the item being stained, rather disappointed as I’ve already paid 4.95 postage to get it delivered.
