Amazing team of people
Having only uploaded my photos to be examined just over a week ago I am astounded at how swiftly and smoothly the process has been. I have had a telephone consultation with Dr Umar where the whole plan was explained thoroughly and we discussed the best treatment to suit my needs. After deciding this was something I would like to go ahead with the receptionist Lyndsey called me the same day to tailor a payment plan that would suit me and booked me in for my first face to face appointment. So far so good! Friendly people who made me feel at ease and in absolute control of my treatment. Looking forward to beginning my invisalign journey with a fantastic team to see me through to the end

I have always had a big fear of the…
I have always had a big fear of the dentist after a bad experience else where however the moment I came to the fresh smile clinic I was made to feel welcome, relaxed and it was completely pain and fear free! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I needed more work doing even though it’s an hours drive away! It’s definitely worth it for the professional staff that work here!

Faultless so far!
Just had my 2nd appointment, and I can’t fault the experience so far. The staff at MapleLeaf have been nothing short of excellent. Explaining everything throughly, quick to respond to any further questions, given me a timeline, and have been both professional and friendly throughout. They make me even more excited to engage with the treatment process. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, they made me feel totally at easy using PPE for themselves, and hand sanitiser, temperature checks, social distancing measures, and staggered appointments for patients.
