Scam
This place is a total scam.
I cancelled my order on the same day I placed it, exactly as instructed on their website. There was a long email exchange afterwards, but despite repeatedly stating that I wanted to cancel my order, they simply ignored that part of my emails and kept responding about other things instead. It took around five emails before they finally acknowledged my cancellation request.
They then tried to avoid issuing a refund by offering me a voucher, which I refused. After that, they promised I would receive my refund within a week, but that never happened either.
In the end, I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction and report the matter to the Dutch online fraud reporting service.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Ignoring a customer's cancellation request, delaying a refund, and only acting after repeated emails is completely unacceptable.

Finally after multiple negotiations they agreed to provide me a refund If i pay for the return of the item from the UAE to USA. That alone is 150 Dollars, so im at a loss of the shipping fee to get the product (20$) + another 150$ to return the item. Utter BS! Save yourself the hassle and do not order from here. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior. On top of that, the 400$ dress looks like a Halloween costume and the material is horrible I had ordered this for my brothers wedding and now I'm 400 in debt + having to buy another dress elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience with this seller.
Before placing my order, the website stated that delivery to Spain would take approximately 10 days. After that time passed and I had not received any shipping confirmation, I contacted customer service and was informed that my dress was still being made and that I would need to wait longer.
I accepted the delay and waited for the new dispatch date they provided. However, when that date arrived, I received another email stating that the dress had failed their quality check and could not be shipped on time. At that point, it was clear that the order had not been completed within the timeframe that was originally promised.
As a result, I requested to cancel the order. Despite the delay and production issues being entirely on the seller's side, I was charged a 5% cancellation fee. I found this extremely unfair, as I was only cancelling because the seller failed to produce and deliver the dress within the stated timeframe.
The problems did not end there. I was told that my refund had been processed and would take up to 7 working days to arrive. More than two weeks later, I still had not received my money. After sending numerous follow-up emails, I finally received the refund.
Overall, the experience was unprofessional from start to finish. The delivery timeframe advertised on the website was not honored, communication was poor, I was charged a cancellation fee for a problem that was not my fault, and the refund process took far longer than promised. I would not recommend this seller.

Horrible policies, shady business
Ordered a $233 dress for a specific event — it does look like the photos, but the fit and fabric weren't what I'd hoped for in person, and it arrived close to the outer edge of their stated delivery window, after my event had passed. I requested a return within their 7-day window. Their posted policy says returns are refunded as store credit (an e-gift card) minus shipping, with a $6 restocking fee — but instead of offering that, customer service tried to upsell me: pay an extra $50 to get a different style as a "final resolution," or pay my own return shipping for an exchange. No cash refund was ever on the table. If you order here, know that "return" really means "store credit or pay more," and even that wasn't offered upfront. Not the type of experience you want, and not an honest company.
