execution and quality fell short

I recently the Enora Barrel Design Jacket & Skirt. While I see the creative vision and the silhouette of the design in theory, the actual execution didn't quite meet expectations for the price point.

A few things to note for potential buyers:
• Quality & Fabric: The material felt quite synthetic and "polyester-heavy," despite cotton being listed in the composition. It lacked the premium feel I expected for this cost.

• Sizing & Fit: This set runs very large. Even as someone who is tall, I had to move the buttons myself to get the jacket to sit correctly. It also lacks the "hourglass" structure shown in the website photos.

• Shipping: Delivery took just over five weeks (ordered late Sept, arrived early Nov), so keep that in mind if you are ordering for a specific event.

Overall, the idea of these dresses is great, but the construction and fabric quality don't currently match the luxury pricing. Brands like House of CB offer much stronger finishing at a similar level.

I purchased a dress from Miss Rosier

I purchased a dress from Miss Rosier. As the shipping was significantly delayed, I contacted them because I had an upcoming event and could not wait indefinitely. I was assured that my order would be shipped within two days. Unfortunately, this promise was repeated several times, yet another week passed, and in total my order was delayed for almost a month.
I sent multiple emails and was repeatedly told that the order would be shipped “soon.” Eventually, I was informed that the dress did not meet quality standards and had to be remade, which caused the delay. However, no one informed me about this in advance or asked whether I was willing to wait that long.
Since the event was already very close and it became clear that the dress would not arrive on time, I requested a refund. Although they encouraged me to keep the order, I refused. The refund was processed quickly, but due to the irresponsible customer service, I had to urgently look for another outfit for the event.

I definitely do not recommend this company. I wasted a lot of time and nerves. From the outside, Miss Rosier presents itself very nicely, but the quality of customer service is extremely poor.

Beautiful dress

Beautiful dress! Really impressed with the quality and texture. The dress has a good weight to it and I love the fabric it's thick and double lined. The dress is comfortable and not itchy at all! Great fit I am 5'4, 165lbs and purchased a Large. Might be too short as a full length gown for someone taller than me thou. The sleeves flare out nicely in a subtle way which I appreciate! Would recommend and I plan on wearing it to a formal April wedding.

Bad experience

I would avoid Miss Rosier moving forward. Do Not waste your money. Clothing is cheap and does not match description.
Customer service is a joke! Had already left for holiday by the time my parcel arrived and then not able to get a refund.
Once you buy you will not get your money back (offered a poxy e-voucher) and items arrived 2 weeks post purchase.
I’m unsure that their regulations meet trading standards. :/

I had the worst experience with Miss…

I had the worst experience with Miss Rosier. The brand is a full-on scam and extremely unprofessional. I ordered my Christmas dress well in advance, on the 1st of December and after multiple emails with the company asking them to cancel my order, because it was taking too long, they wouldn't let me cancel and the dress ended up arriving on the 22nd of December, which was well after the time that they had promised the delivery would take. By that date I was already away for my Christmas Holidays, couldn’t use the dress for the occasion, or return it on time, and when I came back in January I was not given the option to return it for a full refund, which was appropriate action after all this delay. Instead I was given the option for a replacement, gift card, partial refund etc and the employees that I talked to were not understanding the issue at all and were replying in pre-made email formats instead.
I have now raised a dispute with my bank, cause I am not wasting 200£ on this dress.

I have tried a couple of different models of dresses from miss rosier and to be completely honest i wouldn't change it for the world. The quality is top notch, and it hugged my shape pretty good. It's very true to size and would totally order from them again!

I placed an order with Miss Rosier and…

I placed an order with Miss Rosier and paid extra for expedited shipping, which was advertised on their website as taking 2–3 days. Unfortunately, this delivery timeframe was not met. Customer support is only available via email, with responses coming roughly once every 24 hours, which made it difficult to resolve the issue quickly. Due to the delivery delay, the event I had ordered the clothing for had already passed, so I requested to cancel the order.
Instead of issuing a straightforward refund, the company spent several days negotiating, offering partial refunds, store credit, and proposing cancellation or processing fees. Despite multiple requests, a full refund was not provided.
Based on my experience, the delivery estimates were unreliable and the refund process was unnecessarily complicated. I would advise caution when ordering, especially if you need items for a specific date.
