I'm really annoyed!!

I'm really annoyed. Ordered a jumpsuit last Thursday (it is now Wednesday) and paid for 48 hour delivery, money has been taken out my bank account, still haven't received the item and no one has helped me to sort this. I've messaged you on Facebook and tried to recover my password but nothing, even called your helping and nothing, no answer. I'm so angry because now I have to order something else. This was my first ever order with Miss Bella and I won't be ordering again!
