I’ve now been told 3 times that my refund has been processed for returned goods, I’ve been waiting 5 months now for this and still no money back. Ridiculous and terrible customer service. Do NOT order from them

Refund not received 5 month later!
My first order was great. Items arrived correct and refund recieved on returned items.
BUT......
2nd order terrible service. Incorrect items sent and 5 month later still NO REFUND! They either dont reply to emails/Facebook messages or when they do they confirm the payment has been processed but payment is never received. I've been told this 6 times now and still nothing since January, it's now May!
Yes they have some good reviews on here but all the negative are saying the same. Trust me dont risk ordering.
I've contacted TRADING STANDARDS and WATCHDOG. Please everyone that's had same experience please do the same. Also banks run a cashback scheme for experiences like this it's worth a try to get your money back. I will also be setting up Facebook page for victims of this fraud and maybe together we can get this company shut down.
I await a get a touch response to follow this from Miss Figa. I'm not wasting my time anymore replying!

Do not use this fraudulent company, I placed 2 orders on the 26th April 2022 to which all items were not received, was advised that I was refunded for the items not received on the 28th April ands it would take 10 working day for the refund to be processed, its now 27th may and I am still waiting for it. Order numbers 34393411/34393410 item Danni Black checked longline jacket at £29 each. I returned both orders by recorded delivery for a full refund to which I had been advised was being processed, I received a refund of £27 for order 34393411 for which the total refund should have been £120.45 and for order 34393410 I received a refund for £58.85 and the total order was £144.90. I have sent a total of 67 emails to this company since the 28th April and I have had 5 replies, they are quite happy to take orders and people’s money, but when it comes to returns and refunds they choose to ignore this in the hope that people won’t chase them up, well am sorry Missfiga I will be taking this matter further, they think it looks good sending a reply on trustpilot, telling you to contact them, and when you do, its just ignored.

And that’s all I have heard, so again this is going to roll onto another week, overall I think I have had 11 different people state that they are going to resolve this, and still nothing has been!!! This is shocking
Am still awaiting a refund that I was told was processed on the 28th april from both orders for a total of £58 and they say it takes 10 working days, hahah it’s the 27tj of may and still not received, if it takes as long as this company answering an email then I have no hope, am now going to contact consumer rights, I have every email and responses that I have had, guess I will see your junior customer service advisors in court

Like to take your money - but not give back when required
Placed an order with this company for a dress and top. The order came but the top wasn’t in the bag instead was a dress which I didn’t order and came with no tags on and not in any packaging. I really wanted the top for my holiday so got in touch with missfiga. To be fair I had a quick reply and was asked to send the incorrect item received back to them and they would send the top out on a next day delivery and refund my postage back. I sent the items back with proof of postage (2nd class signed for). Contacted them a few days later and they confirmed they had received the items. I’ve not since had a refund for the postage OR received the correct item on a next day delivery. This is 2 weeks now. I have since been in touch with them several times and no reply.
Really disappointing as the clothes look lovely but clearly not a very well run company.
