I spoke with phoebe today on live chat. She was realy helpfull in sorting my refund out for me. She found my order had been lost and tracked it down and sorted the refund out.

I tried to order refund on 10 pieces of clothing and got this message: "Your return contains too many items and is above the carrier weight limit. If your order was delivered in multiple parcels please create a separate return for each parcel."
- this even I ordered all in one order and receive the order in the same one package shipment, I must create returns for each individual garment and get a return form for each item, what is that!?!
2. You can not trust the information you get about the pricing;
I contacted the customer service centre for information about whether the prices included VAT, customs duties and tax. I received a reply from a customer service representative that all prices were included all fees and they could guarantee and confirm that no other expenses would be additional upon receipt of the package in my home country Norway, this despite the fact that I specified this once again and said I would make sure that I would not get any surprises when collecting the package. The person I talked to said I had nothing to worry about.
The next day I received a message from DHL with an invoice for customs duties and VAT. Contacted missguided and received only an apology for misinformation and that I had to pay an invoice myself. This is one of the worst things I've ever experienced and I frequently shop on website throughout the world.
Have ordered pretty much everything online and it is the first time there is total lack of disclaimer and total failure to take responsibility for a mistake they have made and are fully responsibal for, and now has resulted in putting me in an innocuous financial trouble!
STAY AWAY from this website! In addition, it is hopeless to return the goods. Don't trust the information you get, because you may actually end up with information that could cost you a furtune.
I have now reached to the Consumer Council for Europe for assistance.
Buyer beware the discount scam with Misguided
I was shocked to recently discover two monthly payments of £15 showing against my account for a Swiss entity known as Complete Save albeit with a UK web address. When I raised this with my bank's fraud team, they explained that they receive many complaints regarding Complete Save who are normally marketed by retailers as a discount saving scheme. The Fraud team pointed out that many people unwittingly tick a box and do not appreciate the service comes at a cost of £15 per month. After they investigated further for me, they linked this spurious subscription to a purchase I had made for £17.99 through Misguided. When I took this up with Misguided, they washed their hands of the problem and told me to contact Complete Save, yet Misguided had covertly marketed their service and less covertly take a cut of any subscriptions paid. My advice to anyone who has bought from Misguided is to check your bank account carefully. Like me, you may have unknowingly ticked a box and be paying £15 per month for nothing. Complete Save makes its money by people being signed up for their subscription but never using it. This is a shocking example of miselling.
Don't shop there
I've ordered something and then after 1-2 weeks I've got an email that my item was sold out.
Then I've ordered the same item in an other size and then after 2 weeks I received an other order and they told me that my item was sold out.
Again, I've ordered something may the 21st and today we have June 19th and it still hasn't arrived. When I text them, they just tell me to wait for an update but I don't get an update.
It's disappointing. I won't order something from Missguided anymore.

Bad experience
I ordered two items from their website, and it took over two weeks for the item to arrive. When I got the items one of the items was defect. The other item was too big for me so I decided to return it. The return was not free and took over two weeks also.

I forget to use a discount code and contact the customer service. They were really fast, nice and helpful. I didn't have to cancel my order. The discount can be deducted from the invoice as a refund (I use Klarna). All you have to do was to send them the discount code.
Update: It was really stressful I had to write the customer service that they didn’t change the price. But after months Klarna take care of it.

They write "free returns" but charge you € 4 for returning items. This is shabby service compared with the many other companies who do offer a free return label.

Unlikely I will shop there again
I fell for the site because of the cheeky clothing and cheap pricess and decided to order a few items.
Unfortunately the quality of the items didn't live up to my expectations, even though it was cheap. The fitting of the clothing (length of dresses, arm with, cleaveage etc.) was very poor and the clothes didn't fit me, most of it too small, even though it is my usual size.
The fabric was poor quality and I even recieved a t-shirt with a hole under the sleeve. I didn't bother to report it because it was cheap, and thought I could sew it myself. This was the only item I kept.
But even though the clothes are cheap it still has to be proper - there is a lot of cheap clothing out there, in good quality.
But what I was really unhappy with was the returns process.
3 weekes after i returned the items I still didn't hear anything from them.
I live in Denmark, so I know it can take 5-10 days, but 3 weeks? I emailed them asking for the returns, and they told me they didn't recieved it, asking for a reciept from the postal office?
All they put in the parcel was a return label - nothing that the postal office could sign - so what do you suppose we do, make a reciept ourselves?
If they had made a receipt themselves, how would you link it to this parcel, without any tracking no or shipping code??
If there in fact was a shipping code linked to the label they sent me, they should be able to track it, alone by using that?
Luckily a few days after I was informed that they recieved it, but I was charged £7,67 for the returns!
On the invoice it said that I would be charged £4 for a return - which I wasn't aware of when I ordered.
I also payed £5 for the shipping so in total £12,67 in shipping costs for cheap high street fashion that I didn't even keep!?
I usually shop at asos, among other places, who has great service, free shipping and free returns - also in Denmark.
So I see no reason to shop at missguided again.
