Coat was very poorly made cost 80 pounds would have got better value on Skegness market refused a refund because label wasn't attached

I ordered a dress from here on Thursday and paid £10 for the next day delivery, I’ve still not received the item or even had confirmation that it’s been sent out. I’ve sent a number of emails and messages with no reply! There’s no number or anything to ring to discuss this. Really not happy with the service received

Not even one star awful ordered next day delivery before 12 lunchtime order never came next day i messaged them and they said they have posted it today which is no next day delivery at all paid £10 for this! Awful service next day delivery should come next day and not post 2 days after

Ordered two items in different colour but the same size, both came totally different sizes. I contacted the customer services team who rudely replied “I know. The dogtooth one is bigger fit than the others” no greeting, no thank you for ordering ect. I was told a prepaid postage label would be sent out to me which weeks later I’m yet to receive after chasing numerous times. All items are of Chinese quality and can be found on sites such as SHEIN for less than half the price. Honestly wouldn’t bother myself ordering from this company again, awful quality and rude staff for no reason at all.

Terrible customer service,I ordered two coats to only receive one and then when the other coat turnt up it was completely a different coat that we ordered. My children were so disappointed.

Avoid, terrible non-existent customer services, no communication, read the returns small print before ordering

Purchased a coat. Having issues with Royal Mail redelivery as they cannot find the package. Not the sellers fault, but have contacted the seller twice to ask for help and have been completely ignored - no response to any emails whatsoever after ordering.

This review is not based on the postal service as I appreciate thats outside of the sellers control, but purely on the lack of customer service from the seller so far. If the package does appear to be lost I will most likely have to contact my credit card company since the seller does not seem bothered at all after taking the order!

Bought a coat from here recently loved it so warm and fits perfectly 100% recommend
