I ordered few items from them. It got delivered fairly fast but unfortunately, I had to return them. There were some frustrations with the return process but they solved the problem in a timely manner and quite elegantly. Will order again from them.

Loved the alena dress I bought it fit perfectly and the make was absolutely beautiful quality wxtremely happy with the arrival time and the presentation of the dress

NB: Writing this updated review, as previously I wrote a review and received communication straight away.

Have returned my item almost a month and a half ago, and have received no further communication.

Have sent two emails, leaving a month from the return date, and another two weeks since the first email.
Was assured i would receive a full refund, and have heard nothing from the company at all.

At first was skeptical of the company because of all the other astoundingly great reviews - thought it was too good to be true. However, after my first experience with the customer service team, I was sold! Could not commend them enough for their efforts and fast replies - could see that they are a dedicated and honest-working bunch - which is very limited in online retail imo. They fixed my issue in a matter of days in where other companies would have prolonged it for weeks. The material they use is great too, but I'd say the best aspect of this company is their customer service - don't need to worry about underhanded tactics of shady businesses here, which is what I'm always worried about everytime I online shop.

After searching for months for a dress for my engagement party and coming up short, I finally found the perfect dress on Miss Holly.

It was sold out in my size so I tried my luck at emailing the company directly, I received a response almost instantly and was able to place a pre order.

It look a little while to come in and be sent to me, but I had time to spare so was fine with that.

The dress was amazing quality and received so many compliments for it.

Would definitely buy from Miss Holly again.

I bought a dress from here and I honestly couldn't fault it! It's so beautiful, elegant and classy it's one of my favourites! Also the white helps show off my tan I love it!! Also it lasts ages too without wearing! Definitely recommend!❤️

I was browsing for a deb dress and i happen to stumble across this website missholly. I had a look and immediately fell in love with the diana dress in white. I ordered a size small. However after 10 business i hadn't received my dress and i was quite concerned. My dress finally arrived today and i can say i am SO IN LOVE WITH MY DRESS! i would definitely buy from this website again and i recommand it to everyone not only is it cheap but it is also top quality with fast shipping. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS DRESS!!

Ordered the Aurora set from miss holly and honestly couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. I live in Ireland so was a bit wary ordering of an Australian website. However clothing is true to size and exactly as shown in pictures. I needed the dress for a formal so selected the express shipping and it arrived within days, very impressed. The dress was well made and the fabric was perfect quality. Received multiple compliments on it. Aftercare is excellent, the ladies take the time to look at customer photos on social media and comment which is a lovely touch. Would 100% recommend this website and will definitely be purchasing from MissHolly again.

I bought my white wedding set from Miss Holly online shopping and it was absolutely fabulous. The size was perfect on me and the material of the set was excellent. The prices are very reasonable (saved me a lot money to buy a wedding dress).

i have been shopping at Miss Holly for a while and found their quality and consistency in sizing to be great!!! im a size 6 aus standard and all garments that i have purchased have fitted really well. most dresses and other garments come with bust padding so you dont have to wear a bra which works really well for me

I bought my wedding dress (I bought the Winona) from Missholly and couldn't be happier. When I was thinking of purchasing it, I was concerned about the sizes because I didn't know which one fit me best, so I emailed the company. I got a response within the same night. I ordered the size they recommended and it fit perfectly. I literally had to have zero alterations done. The dress was also of such a beautiful quality, I received so many compliments on how beautiful it was. Not to mention the extremely reasonable prices for the dress. Most wedding dresses cost an arm and a leg but this one cost me barely over $100 but looked and felt like it was multiple times more. I was skeptical before buying it because society gives you the impression that a wedding dress has to cost at least $1,000. I took a risk and am very happy with Missholly. I highly recommend Missholly if you are thinking if buying a dress from here. Not necessarily a wedding dress, but all of their clothes are absolutely beautiful and after my experience with this one, I have confidence everything else they sell is well worth the price.

I recently bought the Ariel dress from Miss Holly for my 21st birthday which was absolutely stunning. The material is amazing and it was definitely worth my money. It was really last minute but i had needed it urgently but so thankfull for Miss Holly customer service as even though shipping time was exceeded, they had helped me ship anyways which i received the very next day. Very happy with their service and definitely the dresses.
