There is no refund (real, 10-20% less the logistic), is a 100% fraud

There is no refund, so I lost almost 400€ for a "fake" address (no the same) and impossible to put on or fix it. I have the emails for the support at the end only pay me back 10-20% following their terms and conditions. But you have to pay back the return that you are losing more money. This is not a refund in any EU country, so as well is a fraud.

Terrible Quality Control and Customer Service – Do Not Order from Misshow

I ordered a dress from Misshow for my daughter’s prom, selecting “same as pictured” — a beautiful greenish-blue gown with delicate silver beading and a sheer midsection. What arrived was a completely different dress: pale whiteish-blue fabric with dark blue beads (which looked cheap), no sheer element, and a visibly different fit. It was clearly not the dress we ordered.

We rush-ordered this dress for a specific event and received it just four days before the prom. Because of Misshow’s mistake, we had to scramble to buy a completely new dress — an added stress and cost that should have been avoided.

I contacted the company immediately with photos showing the discrepancies. Despite three attempts to resolve the issue, Misshow has refused to take full responsibility. They offered only a 25% refund — not even enough to cover shipping — even though their own policy should make exceptions when they ship the wrong item.

Their excuse? “Different dye batches” — as if that accounts for a completely different design. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, and they refused to acknowledge the product didn’t match the listing.

Do not trust this company with your special event. They do not stand behind their products, and they will not make things right when they make mistakes. Buyer beware.

Not recommended

Not recommended April 14th have not received my dress, no communication, the phone number doesn’t work. Praying I receive the dress and it looks like the picture. Not recommended.

Dress looks like the photo on the site!

Dress looks like the photo on the site. I paid extra for rush shipping and size customization and it came out great!!! I was a little skeptical but didn’t have any issues. Biggest complaint is the lack of tracking, my status never changed. I did email the customer support and got a response the first time. The dress just showed up one day but still within a rush shipping time frame so I was happy.

If I could give zero stars, I would

If I could give zero stars, I would! I am a bridesmaid in a wedding and I decided to order my dress from this company. I ordered it in MINT GREEN and they sent me a BLUE dress. There was not a drop of green in this dress whatsoever! I reached out and sent them a picture in hopes of rectifying the situation and get another dress in the correct color but I was completely shocked at how the interaction went. First and foremost, they ARGUED with me when I sent the picture of the dress as if I do not know my colors. I had to send them a picture of mint green so that they could compare it to the dress. So at that point, I just wanted my money back because it is unacceptable the way they handled this situation. But here is the real kicker, they were only trying to offer me 22% refund on the order THAT THEY SENT IN THE WRONG COLOR! Do not order from them AT ALL. Now I am out of the money, have a dress that I cannot wear to the wedding, and have to find a new dress.

The dress looked exactly how I thought it was.

This is my second purchase from this store and has yet to be disappointed. I do recommend you don't wait til the last minute if you are in the states because of how far your dress will have to travel. There could be hold-ups. One of my arrived precisely on the date it was supposed to and the other was 3 days later so give yourself time tho neither has to have alterations due to exact measure specifications! I am super happy and looking to order here again. You really can't beat the prices!!!

Absolutely perfect

Omg!!! Absolutely beautiful I can’t believe it’s so cheap. The train is so long and thick and the detailing is beautiful. It doesn’t feel flimsy and they didn’t scrimp on the amount of fabric used!

SCAMMERS‼️‼️

I ordered my graduation dress from Misshow, a month and a few days prior to my big day. I paid $320+ and bare in mind I’m Ghanaian, so this was 5000+ in my currency. When I first expressed my interest in the dress, within less than a minute Misshow responded. Communication was perfect but this didn’t last for long. After I made payment the next day, Misshow began to take more than 2 weeks to respond to my messages. I read comments under the dress I wanted to buy before purchasing and these were so good that it pushed me to buy the dress even earlier. But after receiving the dress, three days before my graduation, I strongly believe that the comments are FAKE and the company had paid people to type these. The dress was the most hideous attire I’ve ever laid my eyes on. It is so bad that it nearly brought me to tears even worse my little sister laughed till she cried. That’s how hideous the dress was. I’m so upset because I don’t have a dress THREE DAYS TO MY GRADUATION. My dad is so upset with me that I wasted all that money. I demand for a full refund!!!!!The material of the dress is so cheap and uncomfortable. Because they knew what they had done they added another dress TWICE MY SIZE!(the blue dress). I’m so angry right now. DO BETTER MISSHOW AND REFUND MY MONEY‼️‼️

Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I recently ordered a custom-made dress from Misshow and I couldn't be more DISAPPOINTED with the result. The dress I received was far from what I ordered or expected, and the quality was shockingly poor. From the very beginning, it was evident that the dress was not made with care or attention to detail. The dress was entirely missing its key features being it was a mermaid style dress, it had no shape whatsoever, it was missing the train entirely, no in sewn breast cups all of which are key selling features of this dress and advertised plus the stitching was sloppy, the seams didnt meet one and other, the fabric was cheap, and the overall construction was shoddy. It looked nothing like the picture on their website. They ask for measurements giving you false hope that the dress will be custom made but I assure you these measurements are not followerd. Despite numerous attempts to address these issues with the company, I was met with nothing but frustration. They offered only a minuscule refund, which was insulting given the extent of the problems with the dress. They even suggested that I pay out of pocket to have the dress fixed by a seamstress, as if it was my responsibility to salvage their mistake, a mistake that even taking to the best seamstress would not be redeemable. They have now completely stopped responding to my emails, leaving me with a dress that is unwearable and utterly useless. It's beyond disappointing to have spent my hard-earned money on something that could only pass as a Halloween costume, even that i have seen better and farrrrr cheaper around!.I urge anyone considering purchasing from Misshow to think twice if not three times before purchasing. Their lack of quality control and abysmal customer service make them a company to avoid at all costs.

Beware fake dresses not as the picture

Beware fake dresses not as the picture. I had made to measure. Awful different colour, design . One big scam to get your money ruin my daughters prom . You get no where with a refund . Stay clear I’m out of pocket and trying to claim back from my credit card.

I need a full refund for this box that was sent to me. I guess it's the dress all balled up, I ordered back in April. I am so angry and dissatisfied with your services. I have never and will never buy online dresses again, because you made this experience horrible. I told you I needed the dress by or before the 15th of May. I received the dress on Tuesday, May 21st, and that was after I checked to see where the heck the dress was, and tracking showed it wouldn't arrive until Monday, May 20th. What the heck is wrong with you? If it had not been for my daughter spending money she shouldn't have spent to buy me a dress in town, I would have looked like a clown for her wedding day. You don't understand how angry I am. I can't speak to anyone on the phone or when you receive a message, it's just nonsense. I will not pay for shipping because I did that already. You owe me the full amount of $378.99, which includes $40 for rush order services, and express shipping in the amount of $29.99. The dress was not the dress I ordered, which was another problem I had with this service. I ordered the dress Sku#BD635, and when I looked at the picture you sent me that you were going to make, it was another dress with Sku# BD335. What the heck is that all about? When I asked you about that you said, we didn't change the dress, that's what you ordered. NONSENSE!! I don't like being taken advantage of. This is what you do to people? Make them spend money on dresses that you decided you're going to make and take your time sending the dress they didn't order to them. I cannot believe how ridiculous this whole experience has been for me. I am sending you pictures, emails of our conversations, and the dress you sent me. WHY? BECAUSE YOU SENT IT TOO LATE!! I need a return sticker ASAP, and I hope you understand what that means, IMMEDIATELY!

Terrible customer service

I would never order from misshow again. Took nearly 10 weeks to get my order. Website promises 14-21 days. Communication is terrible. Never again. Dress was cute but still needed alterations. I had less than a week to get it done.

Please don’t shop here

I ordered my dress back in February 6th the shipping policy says it should take at most a month to receive. I didn’t get my dress until March 28. Upon receiving the dress the pearls on my dress were falling off straight out of packaging. The material on the dress looked horrible, and on top of the the design was completely different from the picture. It was like I ordered a completely different dress in a complete different color. Not to mention the pearls that were falling off were hot glued on and the residue was stuck on the dress. I emailed them and told them the situation and at first they said they could partially refund me to get altercations but there was nothing we could to to the dress to get it as the picture and if I did anything with it we would have to redesign the whole thing. I asked for a refund and their response was they could only refund 22% back to me. I read their refund policy and no were does it say for a refund it can only be 20%. It says they will give a 20% refund if there needs to be an altercation. But never says they cannot offer a full refund. I asked for a full refund and they only refunded 22% back. The dress was 289 and I only got back 55 dollars. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. If it wasn’t for my friend Prom would’ve been ruined for me

Great dress

Dress is beautiful amazing quality straps are a little long but I will get them adjusted. Loved the dress, had to get some alterations for it’s to fit perfectly but other than that the dress was beautiful for my prom

Run not walk away from them they agree…

Run not walk away from them they agree on the date you pay for rush allow up to 3 and a half weeks and when they fall to deliver they refuse to do a refund and still shipped the item say you will have to hold the dress for another event hell my daughters prom will not come again there refund policy says if they cause the error then a refund is due but they lied they just want your money they are a scam do not shop with them they will lie to you n still work at they and send the product when they want too don’t trust them I communicate with them via email and they waited until days before the prom to say that they can’t deliver and I had to email them they never reached out to me saying that they can not meet the agreed date and agreed on before and after communicating stating this is an error on there part they refused to give me my money back I had to rush and order another dress this was a horrible experience don’t work with them
