Everything points to this being a scam

I looked into purchasing a high end product that is sold out in many places, hoping that this site was a small legitimate business. However, their terms of service and privacy policy seem to be off compared to that of other companies. It appears as if their customer service is entirely based on AI. Emails lack specifics or real reassurance other than basically saying trust me bro. Their on-site live customer support is also incredibly sketchy. It links to a platform called Tawk.to which is a service that provides AI customer support to other companies. The scariest part is that after asking Tawk to how their platform worked, I was informed that their AI live customer service does NOT have to identify itself as AI. This makes you believe you're talking to a human when you totally aren't. Also their support email address does not match the email address stated in "Contact Us". The email there is a personal email account using the Proton encrypted email service. Proton's policies state that they can't look at user emails, so if there's wrongdoing on the part of Mission Arrow, Proton cannot find out themselves.

I should also note the incredibly important fact that there is no way to create an account. There's only a login button which tricks the user into thinking there is an account system.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: When it came time to pay for the product, I saw that the purchase was made out to a company called OffGamers. They claimed OffGamers was a partner of theirs, but after doing research it appears as if OffGamers has no relationship whatsoever with Mission Arrow. The PayPal transaction also says it's for OffGamers store credit. It's for this reason that I did not go through with the purchase and came to right this review. The company even asks for an ID verification with OffGamers who, again, is not affiliated with Mission Arrow. The ID verification does seem to be a legitimate process with the OffGamers company, but it's a process intended to filter out scam purchases like I was almost tricked into making. It seems as if Mission Arrow is a front to scam people into buying the scammer store credit with another company that they can then use for themselves. Run away at all costs, nothing points to this being legitimate.

If the price is too good to be true (high end low supply product at or below MSRP), it probably is. Stay safe out there people.

This company is a scam.

Do not use this site.
They ask for you to send in a photo-copy of a government issued ID to verify your identity *after* you've paid. Then they attempt to verify your email *after* you've already paid but an email never goes through. You chat with support over days asking for your tracking number for your shipment, and *that's* when they suddenly stop responding.
