Thanks- you’ve been a very pleasant credit card company and I’m very happy with my mission lane card.
I’ve been at the same credit amount for 5 years lol. You don’t grow here , maybe grow old . I have a credit score of 700 and I’m still at 400 .
This card is a joke and doesn't live up
to the hype it presents. I've had this card for well over 2 yrs. Since then I've been unable to acquire a credit limit increase beyond the introductory offer of $300. Every 6 months I've requested one and given the response that I'm not eligible. No reason is given for this decision.
Since opening this account I've bought a house, 2 cars (one of which is paid off) and acquired 6 other credit cards/line of credit/loan with the available credit of $900-$7,000. Many of these cards/line of credit/loan have been granted an increased credit limit at least twice since opening them. I keep their usage below 30%, and pay all my cards/lines of credit/loans on time. Additionally, my income and credit score have increased since opening this account. I would cancel the card, but that would lower my credit score.
So, I guess I'm stuck with this useless card.
I have been working on improving my credit ever since it took a nosedive overcoming stage 4 cancer(2018-2022). I had to take out a few high interest cc's, like Mission Lane and start to rebuild. Following advice from my bank and doing research, I found high interest cc's that advertise "credit limit increases" as you go along like an incentive to stay within their criteria to show you are "credit worthy", while improving your credit score over time. Makes legitimate sense, I totally get it. Even being on disability, I dug in, and over the last 3+ yrs (39 straight months to be exact with Mission Lane) not one missed payment, not even one late payment. With Mission Lane, I started with $300 credit line,39 months later, credit line is $400. I've gotten multiple credit line increases from other high interest cc companies, I just don't know why Mission Lane advertises "credit limit INCREASES" if, for 39 months, you make sure to never miss a payment or be late on making payments for a $100 credit limit increase. Now, if those other high interest cc's only gave me $100 credit limit increases from them over 39 months of never missing a payment, or never being late, I wouldn't be writing this "novel", but, in my experiance/situation, Mission Lane is the only one giving $100 credit limit increase for 39 months of never making a payment or being late.
Still waiting on my money to come back on my card but other then that it’s a good card
