Shoes are beautiful and true to size. I find that 5 fits me, even if I’m usually a 5.5. I tried the 6 and it was way too big. I have now three pairs of Miss L Fire and could quite easily buy more, they are so lovely and comfortable.

Excellent service. Super swift delivery and parcel was well packaged. Easy, efficient online ordering with updates regarding status of order. Boots ordered were excellent quality, style and fit - followed online guidance. Highly recommended.

Took advantage of the excellent Buy one pair, get another pair at half price offer from the Miss L Fire outlet. Fantastic! My daughter and I were finally both able to get pairs that we had been wanting for at least two years. Plus they arrived within a day. Happy Bunnies all round!

Gorgeous shoes, quick deliver.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, 2 pairs of which are damaged. This is the second time I’ve received shoes with deep scratches on from Miss L Fire. I’m still waiting for a response from customer services so I can return the damaged shoes.

These are the most comfortable shoes ever!! I have a narrow foot with a severe roll in, and a heel so skinny I can’t wear anything but inclosed shoes. These certainly fit the bill. My job requires me to wear heels, and I can wear these for 9 hours on my feet, going up ladders and for 5 days straight. No pain! I’m definitely buying them in every colour. Plus I just get so many compliments

The shoes are really really nice but I am not entirely happy with the size and the return policy, that’s why I am giving it 4*. I would really appreciate the opportunity to try also the smaller size but to do so I have to buy also another size pay for the new delivery and pay also to send it back. I believe it is definitively not conveniente, plus I find it not really customer friendly. I would have bought more if the policy was a bit different.
