This is my 2nd time at Missoma Leeds in the past week. Not only is the jewellery stunning and so reasonably priced, but the staff are also so friendly and helpful! The women who work there really enjoy what they do and are lovely to chat to! Thank you so much for helping me out both trips, I will definitely be back!

I was really impressed with the customer service. I had a query which was resolved in less than 1 day. The advisor was friendly, helpful and dealt with my query quickly. I love the earrings I purchased - they’re a great statement piece elevating any outfit!

Shay was the sweetest—she changed my piercings for new ones and walked me through exactly how to take care of them, which made a big difference. Super attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful ❤️❤️
Order never received
I had a really disappointing experience ordering a necklace from this company. Unfortunately, my order never arrived, even after more than four weeks since the original purchase.
The tracking information showed that the parcel had reached a distribution centre in the Netherlands, but it stayed there for over three weeks without any updates or movement. During this time, I had to repeatedly chase customer service for answers. There was little to no proactivity on their side, and each time I contacted them, I was told they were “waiting for more information from the shipping partner,” with no clear timeline or resolution.
Eventually, they offered to send a replacement “on this occasion,” but by that point I was so frustrated with the lack of communication and ownership that I requested a refund instead.
This was particularly disappointing as the necklace was intended as a gift and was not inexpensive, so I expected a much higher level of service and support. I’ve never had this kind of issue when ordering from UK-based companies, which made the experience even more frustrating.
Overall, a very poor customer experience that I wouldn’t expect given the price point.

Ordered earrings at the beginning of…
Ordered earrings at the beginning of February and it took 22 days to ship and receive the order. The order was stuck in customs for 13 days and not once did Missoma reach out to let me know what was going on or attempt to resolve the issue. They were a gift and unfortunately I did not receive them in time. I was able to get a refund for the item but I was stuck with the cost of shipping the item to me and back. Horrible customer service and I will not be shopping with them again.

Disappointed with customer service…
Disappointed with customer service response to my delivery enquiry they just told me to follow tracking from evri which I had already done. Don’t think it’s an issue with evri have other deliveries and I feel they could have contact evri for me as tracking hasn’t changed in last 2 days. Very disappointed as I wanted the earrings for an event.
