Awful Gift wrapping

I paid extra for gift wrapping as the items were intended as a present. While I would normally expect this as a standard service, I chose to pay for it on this occasion.
When the order arrived, I was genuinely shocked by the quality of the gift wrapping. It was extremely poorly done and not worth the additional cost. The ribbon had been cut and crudely reattached with tape, and the overall finish was careless and untidy.
The presentation was so poor that it would have been inappropriate to give as a gift. Unfortunately, it looked worse than if it had been done by a child, and it reflects very badly on your service.

I absolutely love Missoma. The quality of their pieces is consistently excellent, and their styles are the perfect balance between timeless and on-trend. Every piece I’ve ordered has been beautifully made. And their customer service is just as impressive. I reached out regarding a price adjustment and Lara was super responsive and processed it right away, which truly made my day. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service

I e mailed the Missoma customer service team with a problem I had with an item of jewellery I purchased some time ago.
They replied promptly and went above and beyond in my opinion to sort the issue out.
Have purchased lots of jewellery from them and would highly recommend.

Order not delivered

Order for a special occasion was never delivered. Unfortunately Missoma use Evri (nee Hermes) to do deliveries. Once contacted Missoma support was dismissive and closed the support case. It's been 2 weeks and the order has not been received. If you are purchasing for a specific date - avoid Missoma or may receive a disappointment.

Missoma customer service is second to none. They are fast, responsive and highly efficient. I’m always happy to purchase from this company as I know if I encounter a problem they will quickly resolve it. Fantastic jewellery and wonderful quality

My earlobes get pinched

While the quality and production are great, unfortunately I will have to return. The gap between front/back where
both are hooked is too narrow for my earlobes and I can feel “pinching”. Such a shame. Purchased them after I saw them on my daughter who does not have the issue.

Lovely jewellery but they really need…

Lovely jewellery but they really need to evaluate their returns policy if there’s an item faulty or the wrong size. You can’t go to a store and swap it if purchased online and you have to order another then sent the faulty or incorrect item back at your expense. Therefore paying postage on the original item, postage on the return then postage on the new item.

Great jewellery and great service

Have purchased multiple pieces from Missoma and always really happy with them. Had an issue on one piece within warranty and customer service team were fast to respond and offer replacement or refund.

Silver plate wore out too quickly

I didn’t expect the silver plated ring to fade as quickly as it did. Very very disappointed as I chose that (and the gold equivalent ) instead of the silver version in its own. The design is what I’ve scored on and now wary of when I wear the gold version

A heart like no other

I took a glimpse at the new pieces of jewellery on Instagram and I instantly fell in love with the hearty earrings as well as the seeming heart on cord. They are so stylish and luxuriously appealing ,curvy but with a delicate silhouette at the same .It is a great hit for creators and shoppers as well,deserving a prize among the exquisite designers of jewellry !
