I ordered a dress from missord.com and when I received it the colour was different from the picture on their website. They have a return policy that you can return your order in 15days if there is something wrong with your orders . I sent them more than 5 emails and not respond from them . Very poor service, I don’t recommend this website .

I emailed the company and asked where they ship from and got no response. Now I see they ship from China. I would not order anything from China had a trouble in the past with another company who shipped from there

love the dress though its much smaller make then my normal australian size , also the sleeve part is much tighter and also very uncomfy due to the patterns pricking your skin i am sending it back only because i want a size that fits so i can see how it feels

Product came with damaged zipper and color description says gold, it is pinkish! Have to request refund within 15 days. Requested refund via email and chat 3 time within 2 days of receipt. No response. Not cool. Now I have to file a dispute with credit card company.

The Quality Of Missord Merchandise Are Excellent.

I ordered two dresses from Missord. Unfortunately, the sizing was off, and I’d like to exchange one for a larger size and return the other. I’ve sent two emails to customer service but haven’t received any reply. I need the dress for a wedding in early April, so I’m disappointed by the lack of response and support.

Ordering is very easy, delivery within 2 weeks for me and I have purchased a few outfits and am happy with it.
I get lots of compliments and I feel it's value for money.

The black dress I purchased last year was a hit at my granddaughters wedding. Everyone just complimented me all night. I hope the recent purchase I just purchased is as well made like the one I bought last year.

Easy to navigate website and very beautiful affordable dresses. Fast delivery. However, i noticed 1 flaw from 1 of the dress. The lining and the actual dress is not aligned and the seams were not sewn straight. Didnt have time to return hence sent it to the tailors. I do however bought another dress just to see if it's a one off mistake. So lets see 😉

I ordered two dresses for my son's wedding. Both were lovely, but one was too small. Have been emailing & trying to return the 2nd dress for a week. Had an initial response from them suggesting I keep the dress and they offered to let me buy another dress for $45., I declined and asked for the return information, since then radio silence! They making trying to return a nightmare. Going to dispute the charges!

I really had high hopes for this company as the dresses appear very beautiful. I placed an order with expedited shipping. Only part of my order shipped and I received a tracking number with a ETA date long after the expedited shipping timeframe. The other part of my order still has not shipped and it has been almost 10 days. I have reached out to them several times for cancellation and refund and they have not responded at all. I will be reporting them to BBB and FTC. I will also be reporting them to my bank as fraud since they have taken my money and failed to deliver any product. Horrible experience. No customer service number.

Return process is vague. My dress is beautiful but too small. I ordered the larger size but need to return the smaller one
